Всю жизнь любила просто отварной рис а на него выложить баночку тунаца ( или другой хорошей рыбки) и полить сверху его же маслом ( соусом) из банки. Без всякой луковой поджарки, яичной смеси и возни. Быстро и без заморочек. И с салатиком из свежих овощей. Это очень вкусно.
Но и этот рецепт интересный. Думаю, что мне такая запеканка понравится. Когда будет время - попробую. Спасибо.

I make a dish of cooked basmati rice, tunafish and peas. I cook the rich, then put tunafish and peas in a pot and heat them up with butter, then I add in the rice, stir everything together , heat it up and mix in some spices such as lemon-pepper.
Why add the peas? how does adding peas make it taste better? No casserole ever tasted better by adding peas.

Algo sencillo es picas la cebolla en juliana, las lavas, le agregas un poco de sal, picas un ají limo en cuadritos pequeñitos. Le agregas limón lo mezclas. Luego le agregas el atún a esta mezcla y sigues mezclando. Lo acompañas con arroz graneado. Algo rápido y rico. Ah si gustas le pones dos huevos sancochados
