The problem is condos in Philippines are nothing like condo units in U.S. They are super cramped - small washrooms, kitchens, living area and bedroom. Usually do not have a dryer. Just not nice to live in.

I was born in the city 22 KM south of Bacolod. Back then, it only takes 15 minutes to travel from the city where I was to Bacolod.

Crappy city, but people have to go find out for themselves. Too much traffic and prices are just as high as Cebu And Manilla without all of the amenities. Everybody has to try out everything and everywhere to find the right fit. Different strokes for different folks.😮😅
