I get flare ups from latex, nitrile and powder rubber or plastic food gloves.
When I am stressed out it starts acting up on hands, ice cold water stops the itch. Certain foods and chemicals can cause reaction. No scent on body, on clothes yes. Washing powder etc. I know I need a big mind/body detox, takes some form of discipline. Thank you for sharing. The only moisturiser that works for me is dermeeze cream and moisturiser. I also use fungal cream on hands which totally works, I trialed different prescription products and did so much research to understand that some how the skin barrier has been broken and compromised for bacteria to grow, so even though it goes away, the remaining residue never goes unless that breached area is addressed, yes it is linked to the stomach. Grow good bacteria in stomach which helps the skin layer to grow its natural barrier back. I will not stop in my search to reverse my body to its natural state.

Hi there I love your videos so much! I found them very helpful and extremely encouraging!
Could you make a video where you explain what you're looking for when buying products. Just because some of the products you have I can't get in the US but I would love to know more of the ingredients you are looking for / avoiding to better help me with my shopping here. Also do you have a specific shower routine? My eczema is flaring up very much at the moment and I'm thinking of showering closer to one or two days a week rather the daily shower that I'm used to. Can't tell if my showers are too long or too hot but I think they're drying me out
