Love your recipes even though I have to cut them in half and still have left overs. Great job we old adults really need to learn to use this marvelous appliance. You are helping educate this senior.
So the Au Gratin recipe looked so good, I just made it in my pressure cooker, I do not have an instant pot. It's coming up to pressure right now and I cannot wait to try it. Yum, thanks for sharing.
Looks very good! Will make tomorrow. Thank you for your recipes and instructions. I am new to the Insta pot, but have learned so many recipes and use of the pot.
That last one you cooked . I have added can of chili beans and turned it to like a chili . Some I know also add can of corn. Then when they serve it they put more cheese over it. So good. Love your instapot videos
I just made the goulash and it was delicious. The pasta was over cooked since I was to chicken to do the quick release. This was my first full recipe I made in my Instate Pot and will make it again. I have a lot of leftovers that will make for good lunches during the week.
Looks delicious! I had not canned tomatoes so the Au Gratin was perfect, thanks! I used sweet potatoes because I don’t eat regular potatoes and it was great!
Great idea!! I'm considering buying the I.P. so seeing you cook in it helps me. Thanks for these videos. I just watched the one of rice, mash potatoes & chicken. I'm old adult too!
Ok wow! Making the Goulash for sure! I see that you live in Bourne... I'm in Katy, made me smile that you live in Texas! Thanks for this recipe! Definitely loving your channel! 💖
I just got a instapot used it yesterday and made turkey wings in it. Loved that thy were frozen and cooked to done in 22 minutes. Fell in love with it from that first moment I took the lid off. No time to try a few more ideas in it. The beef and potatoes sound good and I think my family will like them. I'll try it on them and check it out. Thanks for sharing.
In your Goulash portion you mention 3 T of Seasoning, but didn't mention what kind. May I assume it is Italian Seasoning? Newbies need to know. Thanks for being straight forward and clear.
I didn't have such great luck with this recipe. I followed your instructions and put 3/4 cup broth in and it clicked on BURN so I added more broth, and started it over and it clicked on BURN TWICE. After the 2nd time, I had to take it ALL out of the pot and scrape it and start again. I probably won't be making it again. I know it's not your fault, but I don't know how yours didn't burn when you put the broth in last.
I followed the first recipe exactly like you said and it never came to pressure. Instead it kept saying burn. I checked to see if everything was sealed and in place before I turned it on. I don't know what went wrong.
Tabi Shaw You have to make sure you scape “deglaze” the brown cook stuff on the bottom of the pot when you put your liquids in. Not sure but that’s what I’ve read.
i want to learn to make goulash your way. i grew up watching my mom and don't know if it's different. this will no doubt be my favorite. im entering the giveaway but the prize for really the Goulash!
How about making a pot of split great pea soup, l have been told never to make pea soup in a pressure cooker but I think it would be safe in an instant pot.. The good old Dutch pea soup is so thick the next a spoon will stand up right in the pot
You're over thinking.. just throw everything in give it a stir push the button and done and yum. The key is to save time. You can't screw up.... anything you throw in the pot will taste amazing.
I made the first one which tasted good but I burn the bottom when I pressure cooked it. Gonna ask my wife what I did wrong once she gets home from work.
I just found this video...question- you said you used Italian seasoning in the first recipe. It looks like it has a white powder in it? My Italian seasoning is all green things. In that an Italian seasoning mix that you get in the same section as the salad dressings OR a seasoning that you get with the spices? thanks.
Did the first recipe just like you said and the potatoes burned before it got to pressure! Not a good recipe for the IP. If someone gets it to work without burning please let me know how you done it.
Love your recipes even though I have to cut them in half and still have left overs. Great job we old adults really need to learn to use this marvelous appliance. You are helping educate this senior.
I just made the goulash. OMG! It's to die for! LOVED it! (had to half the recipe and still have tons left over)
Love that these are easy and unique recipes.
I’m not sure if you’ve already cooked ribs in the IP, but if you haven’t you must try it. IP cooks the most tender and flavorful ribs .
So the Au Gratin recipe looked so good, I just made it in my pressure cooker, I do not have an instant pot. It's coming up to pressure right now and I cannot wait to try it. Yum, thanks for sharing.

Love the video
They look delicious!
Love the new video intro!
Yummy! I love the new intro:)
They look great! Is there a reason why you can’t sauté the ground beef in the IP for the first recipe? Nice job!
You probably could but I did not want all the extra grease and I was starting the layers with the potatoes :)
The beef and potato looked good but not sure about the cheese lol I'm sure that's the best part.
Adriana Rascon I’m not a big cheese fan but I am going to make it WITH CHEESE!!👍🏾🤣
Girl?!? I love the new intro and outro!
Thanks, Amber!
Looks so good!!!
YUMMY!!! Wished I could eat the goulosh 😢😢.. I Love goulosh but tomatoes don't love me 😖.. Have a Blessed Day Vanessa 😍💜⭐😘💐
Kim Lee Carroll same here. I get sad when I see recipes with nightshade foods in them... they make my psoriasis flare big time.
I also have a ninja foodie grill... If you have one... Could you do videos on that. I've barely used mine.
i want to learn to make goulash your way. i grew up watching my mom and don't know if it's different. this will no doubt be my favorite. im entering the giveaway but the prize for really the Goulash!
I love goulash as well. It looked very yummy. Great video as always.
Do you think it would work to use noodles insteasd of potatoes?
I'm gonna do that goulash recipe!
Sweet! Hope you like it!
I'm making the goulash tonight.
We like to use Ro-Tel instead of the diced tomatoes.
new sub love that instpot gougolsh looked great
Sadly I got a burn notice on the au gratin which I sort of expected. But I finished in the oven and it was pretty good
Good job Vanessa !!!!!!!
I didn't get a chance to look at all of your recipes. But do you have any good low-salt recipes? Mahalo!!!
Are the elbow noodles dente or done? Kinda look hard but delicious!
How about making a pot of split great pea soup, l have been told never to make pea soup in a pressure cooker but I think it would be safe in an instant pot.. The good old Dutch pea soup is so thick the next a spoon will stand up right in the pot

Hi vanessa love your recipes
Like your new intro!
Can you please teach us on how to make matzo ball soup in the IP?
Where did you get those salt and pepper shakers? I’m in love with them 😍😍
Looks yummy!
You had me at goulash♥️🥰
I made the first one which tasted good but I burn the bottom when I pressure cooked it. Gonna ask my wife what I did wrong once she gets home from work.
The only thing I would add would be chopped red peppers
Did you spray the pot with the potatoes? I want to make it but I'm scared it will stick and give me a burn notice. :/
hi Vanessa every time i cook hamburg and all the spaggetti stuff i get the burn
i scrape the bottom well what do i do wrong please and thank you. 💕
Where can I find the recipes? Not concerned about the products you used, would like the full recipe
I just found this video...question- you said you used Italian seasoning in the first recipe. It looks like it has a white powder in it? My Italian seasoning is all green things. In that an Italian seasoning mix that you get in the same section as the salad dressings OR a seasoning that you get with the spices? thanks.
Can you cook fried chicken in the cooker ?
Love the recipes but are there printouts for all the ones u do
Not yet, but I will have them soon!
Does it have to be chicken broth in the au gratin? Would it be ok to use beef broth it that's what I have it?
Looks yummy. Tfs.
Awesome! 😀
Awesome yummy food
My instant pot does not have the manual button, so what do you suggest?
Both look so good! Ya are always making me hungry.lol😀😊😄 hi kids& mark& vanessa💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝&🐺🐶🐶
for the second recipe do you add liquid to the ground beef so it doesnt t stick or oil?
Did the first recipe just like you said and the potatoes burned before it got to pressure! Not a good recipe for the IP. If someone gets it to work without burning please let me know how you done it.
The first one I made but it kept saying burn food? I put 3/4 broth in. I don’t know what went wrong?
