  • In this video, I go over the Iceco APL35 and give some reasons as to why I believe this is the perfect fridge for anyone looking to live on the road or even to have in the back of their vehicle. When it comes to a portable fridge I have some requirements and the Iceco APL35 checks all the boxes.

I wish the Display was on the opposite side. I have to depend on the app to see the temp settings. I like having the plug on the backside to plug into my power unit, but wish the display was on the other end so when I'm in the back of my 4Runner I could glance and see that it's set correctly or change it via the panel if necessary. That's my big complaint. I also don't like how easily the inside aluminum dents. When cans or jars move around it leaves dents all along the inside. I did have one issue with the APL35 where it all of a sudden went from 35 degrees to full freeze mode (-4) in the small section and I could not get it to change. I had to unplug it for a few minutes and let it reset itself. I didn't find this out until all my soda's were frozen and bust open. What a mess. That's the only glitch I've had. It's worked flawlessly ever since. I like the size. I have spent the past month traveling in the New England States for fall it's been plenty large enough for me (single person) to live out of.
