Would be good if you can get rid of the bug that’s causing my closed tabs to be saved and not deleted when clearing safari on iPhone. Closed tabs are always there when you press and hold the “+” button when opening a new window.

How do you make the background all colorful?

If you mean tab background, tap Edit at the bottom of a new tab, and then turn on background picture. If you mean the space behind tabs, it dims your device wallpaper.
