That's because , at start, we just loose our body's water weight! Then comes the real challenge

Fat loose tea: black coffee( 1 cup warm water half tsp coffee) if any issue then intake 1-2 date
2nd: chia seed water or add one lemon
3rd:one glass room temperature water and add 1 tablespoons ACV
4: one glass luke warm water with half tsp turmeric
Drink lots of water
5: ispaghol 1 tsp in water
6: cinnamon water
Easy exercise and walk
Breakfast: 2 eggs and a fruit and 1 cup sugarfree milktea or green tea or lemon grass tea
2: egg or shami with bran bread with black or green tea
3:Protein shake (low fat milk half bnana 2 dates 1 tsp peanut butter
Lunch: chana/ lobia salad
2: 6 inch roti (60g) with any sabzi without aalu
3: boil rice 10tbsp with any curry
Evening black roasted chanay with green tea lemon grass tea
Walk daily 30-40 mints
Dinner: roti with salan
2: chicken tikka steamed or air fried 250g
Night tea: 1 tbsp sonf half inch ginger 3 pinch ajwain

Morning drink:- back coffee/ chia seeds water soaked overnight/ACV lukewarm water+pinch haldi /isabgol in lukewarm water+ lemon drops/ cinnamon water soaked overnight
30 mon walk / exercise
Breakfast - 2 eggs+ nuts+ green tea/ lemon grass tea/ egg omlette multigrain bread / veg paneer sandwich 2 with milk / protein shake/ oats smoothie pudding with nuts
Lunch - take isabgol 15 min soaked in lukewarm water and drink before 30 min lunch
Option: lobia salad/ sprouts salad in veg form/ chana salad/ whole grain roti with salan / 10 spoon rice with saln and salad raita
Evening snack - black chana / nits / khajoor 3/ black chocolate with milk tea/ lemon grass tea/ adrak water tea / green tea/ chia seeds water soaked
30 - 40 min walk daily
5 days exercise in a week
Dinner: roti multi grain 70 gm with salan and salad / chicken tikka/ fish tikka
Night tea - sauf + adrak + pinch of ajwain drink
