      day 3 pe 60:60 k 3 sets set kiye thy & believe me day 4 pe 3 sets ee rhe 4 nhi kr pai but this workout definitely works.
      2 kg iss lie k mn apna water wait already utaar chiki thi' but happy k stuck weight hill prra.

    Aj tak poora RUclips dhond dala but apki exercise apke btane ka treeka khana khane ka treeka .8.12.4.8 .khane ko peena hai .pani ko khana hai .khane ko adha kardo .raat ko boil loki khao loki ka juice pio .apki tareef main koi shabad hi nahi hai .itni mind blowing outstanding video hai apki .aj tak koi bhi video dekh mujhe ni lga ki main wait kam kar paogi .but apki video main kal se dekh rahi hu subscribe bhi kiya .ab apki video dekhke aisa lagta hai ki koi mujhe workout karne se rok ni payega .mujhe andar se feel ho rha hai main apki video dekh ke apna tummy flat kardugi .jug jug jiyo sir thanku so much .and kal se main workout shuru karne wali hu .imandari se kiyoki maine bhit beijati sahi hai pait ki vjaye se suit pehla bhi acha ni lagta .mujhe constipation ki bhi problam rehti hai jiski vjay se pait bhut bda lagta hai or gass acid banta hai .apne kapalbhati asan btayea wo bhi karugi .and thanks alot again.one month baad apko result btaogi sir thanku so much

    This is very honest advice from Jairam. Even 50 kg people can’t do jump or walk fast. Macro calorie calc do not work in Indian food life style/ culture and paneer etc food is so expensive for normal people, very honestly, he is showing, right way to follow in life❤❤

    I have started from last monday...
    My waight 59kg and kamar 34inch
    Only 3 exercise 1. Backward forward, 2 side bending, 3. Cross leg ( only 30 reps each)
    Experience:-
    First 2 days are painful
    Uske bad ekdam se light feel hone laga
    Mera 9 to 4 ka sitting job hai
    Lunch ke bad pet ekdam bhari aur sans fulme lagtha tha
    But is vedio me bataye exercise ko karne ke bad din bhar light feel hota hai jaisa ki vid me 4.38 me sir ne bataya hi hai ki dheere karoge to light feel hoga aur 60 se kam me to kuchh hona hi nahi h
    So kal se fast 60 reps each suru karna hai result 28 oct ko share karungi
    Some important tips
    1. Sabse pahle ek saptah posture correct karne me dhyan den naki speed pe
    Agar posture hi thik nhi h aur speed karoge to nuksaan hoga
    2. Exercise karte samay energatic gana laga len qki ek hi exercise lambe samay tak karne se bor ho sakte hain
    3-4 din aisa hua ki mujhe pain kam aur boriyat jyada hui so maine song sunte hue kiya jisse kab khtm ho jata h pta nhi chalta
    Thik hai fir start your magical journey...👍👍👍

    Mene ye vedio kal dekha tha 24 Oct ko kal se start kiya aaj dusra din ha krte hue din me 2 bar krti hu subah aur shaam aur khana me b thoda kam kr diya 1 he tym ka khana doo tym khati hu aada aada hissa kr k kal jab exercise ki thi toh aaj man ni kiya tha krne ko sara jism chor chor ho gaya bht ziyada pain ho raha tha tangu me aur baki jism par 😢lkn me har ni manu gi mene start kr diya ha 1 week k baad dekhti hu kya result milta ha agr acha mila toh ap sab se share kru gi me dua krti hu itni takleefon k baad Allah humare mushkil hal kr de ga inshaallah thk ha phr me 1week baad apna result ap sab se share krti hu shayad ap me se b koi ye jana chahta ho ki kuch result ata b ha ya ni me inshaallah 1 week baad ati hu ap sab se share krne achi ummed ha muje sab thk hoga inshaallah 🤲🕋
