When I watched a previous video (she was younger), I thought then she offered us a prayer in her singing, her treatment of the famous melody, but in this version, she clearly demonstrates that she can treat it as a cry of desperate anguish, which is what the song is about in part. And she lets go strongly, with a voice that is rich, powerful and well delivered. Being a live performance, she takes chances with it, but she utterly succeeds in her performance, and leaves us emotionally involved and grateful for such a gift to us, who really appreciate her dedication to the improvement of her artistic endeavors. Bravo, Lucy Thomas (The voice of the near future).

You my friend are waaaay behind on Lucy's concert songs !!! She sang 17 songs, 2 with Martha and this was the first of 4 that have been released in video form and she has CRUSHED all songs she sung LIVE. According to those that were present. Remembering she is older up to 4 years, over some of her studio version, MATURITY is the key and Lucy CRUSHED all the songs she sang. suggest also her closing song, WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD and her encore song HALLELUJAH, and she rocked that one!!!!! And her last released song AT LAST..... and be further stunned !!!! Lucy is on fire !!!!!! Thanks for the react and keep em coming, get caught up !!!!
Hello thank you for your lovely reaction on Lucy singing "Somewhere" live at her concert in Manchester last March. Lucy has an amazing voice & can sing just as good live as in a Studio, there are now 4 live songs on RUclips from this concert all amazing. Take care, Barbara.
