Work is work and should always have been that way. Terms created by HR such as "work husband, work wife" should be banned. In the end it all goes back to HR again. On the other hand, work should never encroach on your personal time so much that people feel a need to find partners at work.

Dealing with women at work. Business discussions only, preferably with a witness. Never socialize with women coworkers at work or after work. Take Contemporaneous notes when forced to have contact with them at work is a must: Date, time, place, participants, topics of discussion, your comments and statements and any woman participants’ statements. Never tell anyone at work your strategy in this regard, including your male coworkers. Never be alone with a women especially in elevators and stairways. @@CulturalCommentary I'm an older now self employed woman & while men deserve equal protection under the law simply because abuse is abuse. With saying this, I saw harassments against women when I first entered the corporate world in the late 1970's. Back then it was truly egregious what women went through. So, women have been subjected to it for many years. Again, NO ONE should have to deal with this at a work environment.
In the early 1980's, 2 young men chased a young woman into the female bathroom & accosted her there. Both of these men were married, we rescued the woman. The men's manager (older male) said " Well, Boys will be Boys." I looked at him unbelieving & said " Yes, Lawyers will be Lawyers." He settled down, when he saw that I was serious. I counseled the young men & gave them the option of working ( I was on the Grave yard shift) on different shifts, so they wouldn't be on the same shift as the woman. They also couldn't work on the same shift as each other. If they refused, they could offer their resignation letter. They worked on other shifts & had no more issues with them. I also spoke with the young woman & addressed what part she had in the situation. Probably in today's climate, I would be cancelled for talking about appropriate conduct.
I always kept personal relationships out of my work environment. In the past if a woman dated a man & it didn't turn out into a permanent relationship, the woman was the one who always had to leave the company or be sent to another division.

She made some legitimate sounding excuse and went away. He asked her again another day in an emergency situation because there wasn't anyone else he knew. Plus he thought they were close at that point. She went ahead and complained to their advisor that he was stalking and being creepy. He got kicked out of his group, lost all the funding. The rumor spread like wildfire throughout the department that not a single prof was willing to fund him. They didn't even give a chance for him to defend his side of the story. Title 9 folks got involved.. she eventually dropped the case ( prob because she realized there wasn't any evidence) but the damage was already done by that point. He had no choice but to go back to his home country. That incident not only killed his entire career, but also changed his personality forever. He used to be a sociable person. He became a recluse, anti social, developed a deep fear of talking to women. Started going to therapy to deal with the depression that he suffered after what he went through.

Now if they see they can't sway you and that you are someone who they can't control or wrap around their finger, they will try as hard as possible to descredit you and accuse you of stuff to get you fired before you could expose her for her insecurities (ie lack of knowledge or work ethic) even if you never intended to do so, it's just their defence mechanism, like shit this guy is not possible to manipulate, I will have to get rid of him before he endangers me in any sort of way.

Women, particularly single women, often view HR as a substitute for a husband-serving as their force multiplier. Nature designed women with an inherent need for security, which traditionally drove them to seek a partner for better child-rearing outcomes. When a woman turns to HR or management, she’s shifting her reliance from a strong male colleague (whom she may resent for exposing her shortcomings) to the structure of the system.
We can observe this dynamic in marriages, too. Today, women initiate 80-90% of divorces, as doing so empowers them. They replace their husband, who is stronger and a better provider, with support from the government.
It’s a constant power struggle. Nature made women dependent on men, but feminism has instilled guilt around that dependence. As a result, women may attempt to undermine that reality whenever they are given the opportunity.

This was after she told me that she was looking for a new job and all the other challenges she was experiencing. I was literally providing her with information without quid pro quo and she did that. She even told them benign things I said completely out of context. To this day, I'm still blown away that someone could be that evil. Do NOT put anything past them. Protect your self always. This was accusations of bullying, making up lies about me, defamation, not sharing important documents and general underhanded behaviour. It was incredibly stressful, prevented me from getting a promotion (management smart enough not to admit to this) which in turn had repercussions for the direction my life was taking. Devastating experience. Very difficult for management to unpick. Very difficult when the bully is manipulating the narrative and claiming to be the victim.

It doesn't even have to be alone.
I had an argument with a female resident manager of a building I lived in. She barged into a hallway conversation I was having with another female tenant. The argument did not become heated but tense. I tapped the manager on the shoulder to draw her attention to a bulletin board on the wall I wanted to make a point about. She looked at me for 5 full seconds as I walked to the bulletin board, threw her hands in the air, and shouted TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF ME! At that point I realized this person was literally nuts and ended the discussion right then, to write to management about what had just happened. This all happened in full view of the other tenant. I contacted this tenant to get her corroboration on how the events played out and she said she didn't want to get involved. She further stated that the manager had asked her whether she should contact the cops about getting a restraining order on me.
You can't even have a meeting IN PUBLIC and be assured you won't be maligned and possibly charged with assault. Should I have tapped her on the shoulder? Clearly not. But in my defense her own husband did EXACTLY the same thing to ME in yet ANOTHER heated argument when I eventually left the building years later which I pointed out to him. But in HER description to building management she said I tried to bodily drag her to the bulletin board. I had friends supervise all further meetings with this person because she was clearly dangerous.

Whenever i tried to debate her back then, she would say something to the effect that it had far reaching consequences for society. This was 10 years ago, before the Metoo movement. After having gone through a false allegation and seeing so many men's lives destroyed in US, I now realize she was very wise beyond her years. I no longer associate myself with that label anymore. My understanding of feminism was that it would recognize the challenges experienced by both genders and bring us together. While that was its intended goal, that was not how it was actually practiced.

You can reverse engineer this too. I was hanging out with co-workers and we were all teasing. Going along with it, I jokingly said something about harassment. One of the men stopped the teasing, got deadly serious and said "Please don't ever say that word. That isn't a joke for men. " That struck me hard and I sobered up quickly. That was years ago but I still keep that lesson close. It made me really think about the man's POV. We could all do with thinking about the other person's life and career.
In another instance, last year I had this married guy keep subtly hitting on me at work. He's got a family and a good career. I left it alone. Just playfully laughed it off until it all went back to normal. I realize every case is different, but in this case so what? He wasn't offending me. He was a nice guy. It never even crossed my mind to try to wreck his career and family life because he flirted here and there and tried to slip me his number. It didn't go anywhere: no harm, no foul. He was just a guy going through things in his life, not out to personally wound mine. I'm a good listener; I let him be human and let it pass. We just need to show some compassion sometimes instead of selfishly angling towards a twisted form of career gain by striking someone else down. Let's all be made of tougher stuff. SH cases should be for when they're REAL, not for when it looks like a slick opportunity.

Thank you for this video, bro. This is sad, but VERY IMPORTANT. Gentlemen- we are being duped. The Feminist movement is not about equality - it's about pure leverage. Come off as a man when they are trying to move forward and exert power, and as a default, take the position as a "damsel in distress" when it works to their benefit. This is coming from a man who does very well with women in the dating world - so I'm not miserable or disgruntled - just stating the facts. DO NOT SLEEP!

Everything you just said was absolutely true. In addition, the Wall Street Journal just reported yesterday on an exodus of young men aged 18-34 away from the workplace. Be aware of the gender and cultural makeup of a company before accepting a job. Pay attention to whom the company has hired as well as their behavior during a walkthrough. Read the code of conduct and ask questions about how the rules are applied. If the HR representative evades or refuses to answer to your satisfaction, consider it a warning.

One of my colleagues had addressed a female colleague while working by saying "Hello ! What are you doing?"... She reported as an insulting way to call her. He was made to sit outside work for 6 months. But he was too smart and utilized those 6 months to complete a career certification... I completely agree. Need to be very cautious when interacting with female colleagues

This is true for American men and women. I am not American, but as a female i dont care about hanging out my coworkers at all, getting to know them. I just want to deal with them as less as possible, minimal contact and words. I do my job, get my paycheck. Its only possible this way when remotely working. But in office, its a hell for me. I wasted so much time at work in career socialising ,not anymore.

I have a research done that proves the word "creepy" is the favourite word of feminists. Infact, if you hear this word from 100 ladies, 90 ladies out of those 100 will be feminists. One of my friends told me that feminist find this word so appropriate because of the wide spectrum of this word.. A man stalking you, staring you, talking to you, an isolated place, nobody talking to you, anything you find wierd, any man you don't like, etc, etc all these things can be easily included in this spectrum of creepy... So any girl often using this word, has to be a feminist and is a red flag 🚩 so guys beware..

The fact that the people in power came up with this nonsense where they consider it a form of attack and abuse to pursue a relationship with someone is the reason why there’s a loneliness epidemic in America. It all comes from the sociopathy of the people at the top. Men have to take the necessary measures to try and protect themselves as much as they can.

The best way to survive is keep your head down, be polite but keep to yourself, be agreeable to everything no matter how stupid, and keep your hands behind your back when talking to them. Also always keep doors open so they can’t accuse you of anything.
