I work remote. There is almost no drive for sexual pursuits in the workplace. We don’t turn on our cameras in meetings so no one knows what anyone else looks like. Even still, in my time working here 2 seperate female colleagues tried to burn the team to the ground to elevate themselves.

i work in construction, and women are starting to work on the job, and they always to the most soft things ever. they dont work as hard as the dudes, they cruise right into easy less strenuous things that force the dudes to once again do the harder work. cause god firbid you get the woman to do it even tho they signed up for the job and act like they are just one of the guys out on the site too. its a fucking joke, and i dont even care to speak to them on the job. i will admit most of the women on the job are fairly cool girls. they dont seem too psycho, but they also know they heavily outnumbered by men, and cant kick up too much of a stink cause they will just be seen as a problem by everyone.

Damn straight. Change what you do with guys to mirror what you aren’t going to do with women. I had a female coworker who bragged about how dirty her sense of humor was. She would send me inappropriate jokes. And I would laugh. One day I became her boss. Then one day I had to change the way she did her job. She didn’t like that. So she started editing our chat history, removing her likes and comments, so she could screenshot it and make me look like a sexual aggressor. When a woman tells you she has the sense of humor like a sailor, do not relax into the situation and treat her like one of the guys.

HR, management, ownership, etc… doesn’t care about you, they care about lawsuits and bad press. I have a strict “no hugging” policy at work. There are a lot of people at work that like to hug (both men and women). I also try to stay out of “questionable” conversations. The people involved in those conversations (men and women) might not be offended, but someone eavesdropping might.

Hang in there. Islam will dominate soon and they will remove all the rights and pride of women.

Let's clearly put the blame where it belongs: men I clearly responsible collectively for pandering to stupid/unreasonable women. In the workplace when a woman does something wrong she is held to a different standard compared to a man. Guess who are the ones to enforce the standards? it's your colleagues, and the HR, and they are generally men. If the the HR was a woman, again she's appointed by men. Who are your big bosses?: men.

What is sad is that in most cases, men make the decision when women complain. If men will just be fair enough and not aim to please the woman and sell himself to be a defender of women. The world will be a fairer place.

Good thing Im working in Europe not USA, we always have critical thinking skills and investigate situations carefully before making judgements on each employees actions. This kind of false accusations by women in European companies is smth I never heard of. Perhaps this is smth to prove that American culture is a joke to the world. Perhaps you American gentlemen might wanna come over to Europe to get away from all those toxic feminists and see if their arrogance can get then anywhere far without me doing the harder parts of work 😂😂😂

And then weatern ppl say, ppl from middle east are so behind because women and men are separated in so many things 😂😂😂 Basically, some men don't even wanna go or have contact with female co-workers. But I remember a discussion on linkedin where a woman complained, that her best friend was the coffee girl in the company and complained about men not taking women in jobs seriously. I said, maybe its ber fault and she doesnt see it or ahe always brings the coffee because she atarted it and ppl are used to it. I worked with women too and never had issues. Infact, they were more competent than me. She accused me of mansplanning (never heard that word before after that discussion) and said women in STEM field are not taken seriously and arent respected. Good thing, the internet is not only USA so i dont give a damn of my language. I dont care if the opposite person has a sensitive skin. That's what i really hate in general about US americans. Dutch ppl or germans are way more strict and can take criticism and aren't so easily offended, even when you have a little fight. I didnt agree with a colleague over a political issue. I'm a bit radical and conservative while he is a lefty. But we still ate together at lunch.

If you lose a lawsuit and it makes the public record you are screwed. There are companies that include this in some background checks . There needs to be a consequence for playing the lawsuit lottery

Speaking about it, I lost my deejaying job on a cruise ship since I got falsely accused by some chick of "wanting to spank her." The cameras recorded no evidence and I was given a warning at first. But guess what? The crew care team decided that I be terminated. Mind you, I never even knew her name and we weren't even friends. I hate her with all my heart. 🤬

I gave a ride home to a female worker once and she mentioned she did massages. I asked her if we could schedule one thinking she was a pro and not a hoe. Well she thought I was asking to sleep with her and she told my boss. Needless to say I was fired as soon as my female boss got an opportunity. I never even thought to sleep with her for a second, she was fat and smelled like hot dogs, I just really needed a massage. Lmao Never do any woman a favor.

Some of my team members conspired against our team leader and put in false sexual harassment allegations. He was sacked and one of them took his place as team leader. Work is a toxic place. Be careful out there

Thank God, I am at the end of my career and people value me for my skills, achievements and good reputation. Twice in my career, a woman wanted me to make advances to her, but I declined because I love my wife. (Currently, we have been married for 46 years and are still in love.) As a result they sniped to my boss with unjustified accusations, leading to my dismissal. One of those women was my secretary. Once I read the sign on a woman's tea shirt at work and was accused with sexual harasment. Several times women at work have attacked every man who they can attack. I have other related experiences. Women attack verbally, because they are not strong enough to use violence. Violance from a woman is verbal reputational attack. My advice is to avoid working with women whenever possible. Women are best to work with women. However, most women do not want to work with women because they fear verbal attacks from other women. My advice is to politely end every conversation with a woman. For example, if a woman asks "How was your weekend?", then politely respond with "Fine. Thanks." Do not ask how was her week end. Let the converstation end. Regards, Geoff. Reeks

Most Women are born with confused mind. They do such stupid accusations when they hate themselves. It is true in Hadith, every woman when she go out a satan sits on her head.

As I have said many times, the reason why women can do this is because men are the ones who still run the systems and put measures in place to allow women to injure men like this even when these guys are innocent, like you said. Men who run the systems allow women to abuse it because they fear women and are afraid of doing anything that will make them upset, even if it means doing the right thing. So women are empowered to do/say what they want in the workplace about someone and nothing happens to them. And often times these same women will have sx with men on the job and can later turn on them. I know horror stories.

This is so true, Lost my job last year because of false accusation. The HR knew it was not my fault but they had to act as a formal complaint was made against me. It was very hard for me and to this day, I think what happened.

Many guys do it regardless of consequence! Men should be respectful and set boundaries! I have experienced it many many times, I just avoided and dealt with it myself and never really escalated. Sometimes I wish I did report but I don’t like confrontation and I didn’t want my reputation smeared! I am going to tell you that it would been nice to let the professionals handle it because I would have avoided mental anguish! So yes teach men to do this on their own time and leave female coworkers alone and stay professional! Also ladies learn to set firm boundaries, carry yourself professionally including your body language etc! Just seperate your work life and stay productive!

Glamour is a biggest asset for a female to grow in the name of women empowerment. Also sexual harassment is an easy weapon to defame a male employee however their productivity is no where compared with men.

Women now a days will do everything twisted and demented and perverted sex with their male counterparts , drugs and everything but just the moment they do not feel things are not going as they want ; they always make any false , nonsensical and dangerous, whimsical choices and statements that would definitely put men loose their careers and everything eventually away for good ..these are destroyers and evil specifies ..women are exactly this now
