I'm stucked in same situation for last 4 years, before that I was working in a company with moderate salary as bachelor; after loosing my job in down surging at my company; my father manipulated and emotionally forced me to join family business, so I had to join and start helping my father in business but since then till now im not getting 1/3rd of my job salary amount as monthly expenses/ salary from family business. This situation is very very similar to mine I couldn’t connect more with anybody else Same with my Family business I’m stuck here since 2019 that’s 4 years my father manipulated that I have to split my business with his brother so you come onboard to handle this big business as I cannot do this alone. I was doing a average job as a fresher in 2019 since 6 months but I was getting a fixed salary As I joined the business without any terms and conditions with my father he used to just give me expenses like take some 1k or 2K survive on this for the whole month that’s 1/3rd of my salary too because according to him why do you need more money I’m giving you everything a house to live food to eat wifi and TV is there That was so undermining my confidence and my existence I felt like a nobody and had financial anxiety I still have I also decided to leave the business this year and get a job but it’s not the same anymore I need to upgrade myself Sir said some real things here very touching I want to show this to my whole family 🙂

Yes it is very true. One sister in our extended family had to look forward to mother- inlaw even for purchase of basic medicines, though the family business was doing very well. Finally the husband had to leave the business and join govt. job to get salary and to leave the town itself.

I saw the same happening in one of my friend's family. Ultimately my friend and his other two brothers opted for jobs rather than continuing with the family business which was doing reasonably well. Saved themselves from getting their lives ruined. No wonder business got permanently shut. Wise decision in the end by the three because their father won't just listen P. S. I worked for a family business of Heating and ventilation (around 50 employees including production staff) here at the start of my career in 2008. It is Canadian white family. The week I started was the last week for official working days for the father (father was around 70 at that time). His son was working as Project Manager at that time. He was getting the salary as project manager in his father's company and living separately with his wife and kids. Son was promoted to become a President of the company (His father is retired from this position). After retirement, father was coming to work for 2-3 days for short hours (just to pass some time). I am not sure about the ownership stakes between them. Both Father-Mother were living by themselves and son, wife and kids living by themselves separately. It's a practical way of passing on the family business to the next generation.
Exactly this is what happening in our life since last 15 years not able to save enough money . We are two brothers not able to decide how to divide business as its not that big and same situation in house not able to divide that also now business is also not doing well .Life is hell at this age can't try any private jobs too...please we need more clear videos about the solution..hats off to you for bringing this video

Hisaab is essential or else everything will get destroyed. Everything includes the business, the family and the finances. Give the ultimatum on hisaab and give ultimatum to the father/proprietor with a reasonable time limit (3 months) to get their act in order. If they don't, then you can choose to quit and pursue opportunities elsewhere. And trust me, it is VERY HARD to land a corporate job with only family business experience.

You need to be gutsy enough to expand it else you will be lying at the same place and even worst degrade it

No profit sharing /No hisaab
Hisaab is essential or else everything will get destroyed. Everything includes the business, the family and the finances.
Give the ultimatum on hisaab and give ultimatum to the father/proprietor with a reasonable time limit (3 months) to get their act in order. If they don't, then you can choose to quit and pursue opportunities elsewhere. And trust me, it is VERY HARD to land a corporate job with only family business experience.

Eye opener for parents who see business families and get their daughter married blindly seeing the money. Your daughter will automatically come under the mother in law as the son is not financially on his own. It's a barter of your daughter s freedom for money.

Halanki mera apna ek partnership me business hai jiski wajah se mai bach gaya nahi to maine to bol diya tha ki Aurangzeb banne pe majbur na karo. Maine kaha hai aisa. Tab to jaake kuch hua mera.
