Well, I agree with all the points; however, if one is planning to make a shift then they need to consider their age and agency. Your age is inversely proportional to the amount of risk that you can take, and your agency is directly proportional. After a certain age it's best to keep doing your current job and while doing that looking out for a change. This can be taxing but shall eventually give you the sanity necessary for a healthy living. Also, your ability to read people is a good marker to know whether you get into business or continue with a job. There are many more thoughts, but for now I guess this much is enough! :)

There is no other option for India's youth than to embrace entrepreneurship, otherwise it's all going to hell.... There is insane competition for jobs, lack of skills in the youth, and the competitive exams are rigged by corruption. I think young people should find their niche and start business in their early 20s, so that by their 30's they have some stability in the business to get married and start a family. At least the youth whose parents are well off enough to support them in their early years of business should do so. Also, if someone has a family business, join the family business and try to grow it with you.

Very humbly any gov employee can invest in stock market and even ias ips etc are allowed provided they have to give the information of transaction to gov. Nation ke youth ko kehna chahoonga don’t waste your time in competing for govt. jobs. Kyonki the odds are extremely high. 1 gets selected fir a sarkari naukri out of 10,000 applicants. That’s an impossible odd. Ek important fact aap logon ko samajhna padega. The tax payer pays tax for the development of the nation. He doesn’t pay taxes to give you a sarkari naukri with high salaries and stability for life with pension till death. He pays taxes to build bridges, roads, schools; not to underwrite a cosy sarkari naukri to Air India employees. The government did the right thing to privatize Air India. Don’t waste 7/10 years of your life chasing a sarkari naukri.

I have been preparing for govt. .job and luckily i am now a govt bank employee for me govt job is the ladder to escape my proverty..... some people really criticize govt job which is just to stop somebody escape from his condition...
Hi how was the bank work culture I am going to join in next month
very knowledgeble session,thank you sir
Most welcome!
I see for a government Bank job candidate prepare for years they listen to family tounts, relative tounts and live in miserable condition, some year with one mark some year with two mark in pre or mains or in interview they lose but they keep preparing and doing hard work even sometimes with bad mental condition. Whereas in private bank job a person who doesn't know English or meaning of bank or insurance or doesn't know the table of 9 they easily get good job when someone give their assessment on computer and generate the offer letter.. or with reference they can easily get a job. That is so unfair and that is why there is so much bad elements in private bank, insurance and that is why they get bad and conditions like yes bank.
It's all about skills ! In work life balance banking and private sectors both are same !
Sir in private bank you have to do sale and sale only thats why getting a job in private bank in easy but its very difficult to stay there bcz of extreme sale pressure..

I think government jobs has more security than private ones.
Ofcourse !! but what about success rate ?? Many aspirants end up by wasting 4to5yrs or even more...
trend of govt. Jobs is only in North indian states like RAJASTHAN,UP AND BIHAR with highest unemployment rate ! Also government jobs worth only if it is grade a or b otherwise no use better to go for some other fields in corporate sector ! Also develop some other skills it is good to prepare but one should also the reality ! Also bohot se exams conduct honay me hi 2 years lag jaatey hey tab kya karey + late Result declaration!
What about money?

There is no other option for India's youth than to embrace entrepreneurship, otherwise it's all going to hell.... There is insane competition for jobs, lack of skills in the youth, and the competitive exams are rigged by corruption. I think young people should find their niche and start business in their early 20s, so that by their 30's they have some stability in the business to get married and start a family. At least the youth whose parents are well off enough to support them in their early years of business should do so. Also, if someone has a family business, join the family business and try to grow it with you.

In private job there may be lot of money but work life balance is not good. They may force you to work more than your working hours. Also there is an issue of dirty politics and bad teammates, managers/bosses in private job which is the main reason why people hate private jobs.

Best option do a government job and learn stock market and then earn money. Stability v , stock market se Paisa v and satisfaction of both gov job and business as well.
Govt. Employees Trading nhi kr skte bro
Action ho skta hai usspe
Very humbly any gov employee can invest in stock market and even ias ips etc are allowed provided they have to give the information of transaction to gov. This is to make sure they do not take undue advantage of their positions in stock market.
If your are not corrupt and not involved in illegal process stock market is for everyone.
I req you to read the proper documents and not rely on any u tube thumbnail.

Hello Chetan Sir,
Very well you've elaborated some merits and demerits of three types of work. Tbf, I m earning in London very nice 10x better if I compare either Indian private or government job. However, for me business looks better why cos firstly i don't like to work under someone. secondly, I'm called hard worker and I can take risk Therefore, I believe in myself. so I want my own potential for my own things instance business. I m looking to establish set up (business) in India. God bless u sir ❤️
One should start private job and then move to business, with the passage of time govt jobs will lose significance
No government jobs will remain primary focus of people in future also
