I come from a family where everybody is in government jobs including my father and by sibling... I have worked in corporate but I think business is the real deal.. to get the ultimate financial freedom and the satisfaction of working day and night to set up your own thing that I think is the real thing... I have higher than average risk tolerance and I'm absolutely fine with being out of my comfort zone so business it is

Finally an unbiased video on this topic 😊. Otherwise most of the businessmen always criticize govt. jobs and the people who prepare for it. They forget that all these three options are necessary for balance in society. If everybody starts business and if no one prepare for competitive exams of gov. jobs then who will manage administration, engineering, medical etc?

Well, I agree with all the points; however, if one is planning to make a shift then they need to consider their age and agency. Your age is inversely proportional to the amount of risk that you can take, and your agency is directly proportional. After a certain age it's best to keep doing your current job and while doing that looking out for a change. This can be taxing but shall eventually give you the sanity necessary for a healthy living. Also, your ability to read people is a good marker to know whether you get into business or continue with a job. There are many more thoughts, but for now I guess this much is enough! :)

@@sagnikbhattacharya9191 Yeah I would love to help you bro.
First of all you need to understand banking industry demands, skill sets and having great knowledge about banking, financing, economics and business and all that other stuff. This will help you to crack the toughest banking interview in India especially in SBI officer and top managerial post in other banks.
Because now days banking industry requires highly skilled officers and managers who have handled huge business pressure and run their respective branch single handedly as a leader.
As far as subject knowledge is concerned.. cracking bank exams you have to have a good mathematical and Reasoning skills to solve very difficult problems and of course English Comprehensive skill is also required for better understanding and communication skills. So yeah once you acquired these skills you'll surely crack the exam. Because now days competition level is huge and vacancies are very less in top government banks and also in other government departments. Remember, your competitors are highly qualified they are like MBA, CA, engineers etc. All these great people are also applying for the same exam that you had appeared for. So you have to have a better knowledge, skills and domain Experience will give an extra edge in order to beat these people and get your selection.
      ALL THE BEST!

It's simple work hard and Choose in what you believe will work better for you. Once you decided put your head down and just work, work, and work until you make it happen. Don't look back it will only waste your time by leaving things in the midway and plan again and again. That's why the Wealthy says that the game is in the mindset

Whereas in private bank job a person who doesn't know English or meaning of bank or insurance or doesn't know the table of 9 they easily get good job when someone give their assessment on computer and generate the offer letter.. or with reference they can easily get a job. That is so unfair and that is why there is so much bad elements in private bank, insurance and that is why they get bad and conditions like yes bank.

There is no other option for India's youth than to embrace entrepreneurship, otherwise it's all going to hell.... There is insane competition for jobs, lack of skills in the youth, and the competitive exams are rigged by corruption. I think young people should find their niche and start business in their early 20s, so that by their 30's they have some stability in the business to get married and start a family. At least the youth whose parents are well off enough to support them in their early years of business should do so. Also, if someone has a family business, join the family business and try to grow it with you.

Nation ke youth ko kehna chahoonga don’t waste your time in competing for govt. jobs. Kyonki the odds are extremely high. 1 gets selected fir a sarkari naukri out of 10,000 applicants. That’s an impossible odd. Ek important fact aap logon ko samajhna padega. The tax payer pays tax for the development of the nation. He doesn’t pay taxes to give you a sarkari naukri with high salaries and stability for life with pension till death. He pays taxes to build bridges, roads, schools; not to underwrite a cosy sarkari naukri to Air India employees. The government did the right thing to privatize Air India. Don’t waste 7/10 years of your life chasing a sarkari naukri.
