This gun feels incredible. Having very little recoil makes it seem like a laser. That damage though...I am CONSTANTLY getting outgunned even when my shots are on point with this thing.
I think they rigged the matches to be against you the moment you start doing good in the first couple matches cuz I was using this weapon and I kept getting hit detections like if it's supposed to be a 3-4 hit kill at close to mid ranges why does it take more than 6-10 bullets to take someone down at close to mid ranges it's like they want you to not get any kills and die more and make it harder to level up your guns and let the aggressive players get more kills because they treat matches like 10k is on the line
@@sreach I remember watching a video a few years ago, there was a RUclipsr that said he’s pretty sure the game will throw the match in favor of one team. That’s why on one game u can get a great kd and win almost every gunfight and then the next game it’s as if u can’t land any of your shots and you’re losing every gunfight. And you’ll see it in your teams stats at the end of the match. When you win the whole team has a positive kd. When you lose your whole teams kd is negative. I hate that they do that.

The HK rifle family and especially the G3 are some of my favorite ever firearms, so I am really happy to see it getting representation across the entire spectrum this year. They could easily bump the rate of fire just a bit to 750 if it needed a slight buff.
You can really feel the slowish ttk, especially when half the player-base is running around with one-shot weapons. It feels decent at hanging back a bit and getting medium range picks, but it's not the best at doing that either.

The dmr meta was brief (at least when you’re talking about a 2 year time-span), before it got nerfed, it lasted only a month out of the two years. The Kar was meta throughout though, and if the SPR or SAB50 have unlimited 1 shot headshot range, they probably Will be to, more likely the SPX will be meta if it’s quick ADS speeds aren’t nerfed, with maybe the signal 50, for super long range sniping like the HDR. If the game is balanced well, in WZ you could see various long range low recoil AR’s, SMG’s/shotguns for close range engagements and building clearing, like we saw in the Cold War and MW19 run.
The LMG version of the Lachman is unreal. probably my favorite gun I've used so far. (also going to try a lachman in warzone especially with that distance damage)
The whole “Lachmann” platform is actually pretty good, imo, with the exception of the LMG, so much recoil for so little damage that to control and use well you have to pretty much camp with it I found, god help you get caught on your way to one the good power positions on the map your on.

Not really. It infuriates me that when reloading them in this game he ALWAYS locks the bolt to the rear essentially dumping the chambered round. If you aren’t empty he would just swap mags and it would be just as quick as the AK. But they just had to have the cool HK Slap every damn time ruining the reload time.
Like with the Lachmann-762, initially I thought it was complete trash, but after a while I found it quite usable and had a good time leveling it to max instead of hopping to the SMG right away.
My problem with this gun mainly came down to the mediocre TTK combined with the painfully long reload. Also the recoil does feel more bouncy than other guns, even if its mostly visual. And I consistently found my shots going over the enemies heads after the 3rd round or so
It's pretty bad, but it's not as bad as the Kastov 545. It's very accurate and easy to control though, so I'll be interested to see how it performs in warzone.
for pretty much all my builds I just use a laser, underbarrel and optic.. maybe ammo upgrade but the guns are pretty good as they come, adding attachments seems to make the ads horribly bad and doesn't provide much benefit.
@@LunaPPK I get it to an extent but I like Mw 2019s guns a lot more. They were all much more realistic than Mw2. Well some weren’t. I’m disappointed by it, the gun smith in 2019 is so much better! Someone explain to me why there’s not a .300 blk conversion for the M4. And some of the attachments in Mw2 doesn’t make sense. Why would a 14” carbine barrel with a 7” polymer handguard be slower than a 14.5” barrel and a 13.5” “Geissele MK16”. And it’s lockup doesn’t make any sense either! The geissele rails have bolts and nuts to clamp onto the barrel nut. Since they’re at the bottom, it’s split on the bottom, because it clamps on and held in place using friction. If you have two more bolts going through the top of the handguard, what do they do? Are they for anti rotation? And depending on the barrel nut design, it would be an absolute nightmare timing. If you make a groove for the bolts to go through, you’re losing surface area that your handguard needs in order for it to not shift as easily.
And not to mention the “KAC URX 3” they added to the game that uses Daniel Defense’s mounting mechanism. For an incredibly wealthy company with 3k devs, probably several dozen lawyers, nobody wanted to get licensing for this stuff? They raw dogged the pooch on this one. I paid $70 for a game to be disappointed by the only reason why I played MW 2019 as long as I did.

To be completely honest this is my favourite assault rifle I've used so far. Its accuracy really stands out for me and was enjoyable to max out the level.
First gun I got Gold on, you can actually cancel the tactical reload once you replace the magazine, which can save time, and yeah, playing to range is its strength
Fake names and legally distinct features. Real HKs are rock and lock steel mags, have paddle releases, and different charging handles. Infinity Ward took all the real guns and changed them just enough to not be accurate to the real thing.
I’m actually so pissed off that they use fake names on guns now. It’s like playing a car game with fake car names. It’s just not the same. The fact you can’t even pick up an AK-47, or an mp5 any more is so disappointing.
This is BY FAR my best gun. It may have a SLIGHTLY longer TTK, but where it shines is laser accuracy. It took me only 32 kills to get my 25 headshots for Platinum.
Loving the gun guides this year, all the info needed but concise, so nice to have some under 10 minutes compared to VGs ones with a million different attachments that change the gun significant
For me this gun is like G36 from MW2019: It's TTK isn't good, especially in CQC. But it looks very cool, "classic" and stylish, and the feelings when you shoot from this thing are incredible.
Incendiary rounds of any kind are the best thing agains shield user, don't know if its a bug or not. Feels like a bug since you have to shot the shield once and stop to let the player burn, if you keep fire on the shield than the burn damage don't apply until stop hit them.
This is the first I picked up after GRINDING through a couple battle rifles so I thought it felt INCREDIBLE hahahah, but now that I’ve tried out the other assault rifles I feel this one’s a bit weak like you illustrate
I think accurracy is really undervalued compared to raw power, since yes, the gun might deal less damage, but still infinitly more damage than a missed shot due to inaccuracy and recoil.
At this point it feels like a gun that is perfectly suited for the game but not suited for the state of the playerbase. I've seen more people running around with shotguns, knives, scopeless rifles than I have seen anyone (consistently) do the traditional assault rifle route. I know part of it is exaggeration but considering after match numbers, I can see why its popular. The gun is 100% fine, I readily think if the oneshot weapons and that player mentality was just magically gone, this gun could go toe-to-toe with the M4 in terms of having player comfort and accessibility being the driving force behind it (like how other low recoil low ttk ARs have dominated the series). I think the problem is currently everyone is so focused on leveling up that nuances haven't come from the woods yet. In many ways I just think the gun is in this awkward place, but it's been my favorite. I love HK platforms and it's an excuse for me to use a "556 MP5".
That's weird, one thing I thought while using the lachman assault rifle was that the mobility felt really fast. I guess I haven't used enough assault rifles yet to notice it being slower
I originally thought the lachman 556 had a short 3 shot range, or better handling. Because from description it said it bridges the gap between AR and smg. It performs nothing like an smg hybrid though.
This was my last AR to level and I can't put my finger on why but it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Felt like I lost a lot more gunfights compared to pretty much all the other ARs. I guess everyone has different preferences. Thank you for anither great guide!
From my perspective: The problem with this gun is the TTK and the bullets needed for that kill, even in shipment I truly suffered to do well with this weapon
I have all AR's plat so I've spent a decent amount of time with them all. I had a pleasant time with the Lachmann. I agree that this gun isn't OP but it's easily viable. I found myself doing well most games and didn't even have to focus on challenges much when using it because they were coming naturally (doubles, longshots ect). Will this be the gun I use when I want to try hard or pop off? Probably not, but it's not a weak weapon by any means. I can definitely see myself returning to this gun every once in a while for some fun.
overall, I like the accuracy of the rifle. I can understand why some people are calling it garbage because it's the reloading speed that upsets most. Not my #1 go to but a close second for sure.

The Lachmann556 is the the new Kilo from MW2019, very accurate but not overpowered. If you go to CDL under private match and look at the unreleased blueprints for the Lachman 556, they're all named Kilo followed by a number.
Just a coincidence, all the Kastov guns say Kilo also. ‘Kilo’ is just the word associated with letter ‘k’. Look up NATO phonetic alphabet. It’s just a placeholder name, that’s why other guns say Mike, Echo, Hotel, etc.
I'd think of it like the kreig in CW: A VERY accurate AR with a long range but not super powerful. I'm more of an aggressive player so it wouldn't be good for me personally but definitely has a place!

from what im noticing is across the board snipers need a slight fire rate nerf. It feels too hard to compete with them with regular guns especially past close range. No im not malding either I can quickscope pretty decently.
Man do I struggle with this one! It just seems 2 rounds too weak compared to the known meta weapons out there and I find it hard to be competitive with it. Which is odd because the 7.62 battle rifle variant is a current favourite of mine. I think once I level up the base version of this I’ll be leaving it alone.
They 100% have to update and change the stat bars to something else more efficient. The way they show up as of now, makes me think this gun has the worst ads of all AR's because of the handling stat, and the fastest rof too because of the stat bar

I just got gold for this gun the other day and it definitely is decent at longer ranges but any mid range fight even when I was on target first id almost always lose. It's fairly frustrating and in my opinion disappointing that it feels so weak compared to other weapons
With everyone running the m4, ak47, and the 74u the gun just has a hard time competing in 6v6 imo. I'm sure in warzone the high accuracy paired with decent damage range may make it a meta viable weapon. But for 6v6 this ain't it for me chief.
Very underrated gun. Personally I think it could use the STB-556's damage profile of doing 36 to the upper chest. Echoless Suppressor (velocity, range, recoil), FTAC Ripper Underbarrel (or FSS Sharkfin), FSS OLE-V Laser, Lachmann S9 Factory Stock, and the LMK 64 Grip. Makes the Lachmann 556 feel like an SMG with AR range.
Nothing needs that damage profile, the Aug needs to be nerfed into the ground lol. It has faster sprint to fire than any smg, insanely fast ttk that destroys everything, extremely low recoil and the best hipfire of all assault rifles because why not

Honestly to me when both the M4 and the HK33 are maxed out,i just turn my M4 into an M16A3 and i fully max the range on this one. Comparing both side by side,It just feels like a worst M16A3 with marginally better magnitude but worst recoil consistency due to the fact that the M16A3 has no massive gap between it's shots while this one does,so for long range fights i just stick to my M16A3.
It’s not that the gun is trash but there just doesn’t seem to be much reason to use it over a gun like the M4. If you’re comparing this gun to the M4 I noticed Same shots to kill M4 has better RoF so a better TTK and is more forgiving for missing shots Both of good recoil Both have good handling for the most part This gun has a better range but if the range drop off is a big deal on the M4 you can put on a barrel to make the range better or just switch to the 762 The niche this gun seems to fill is low TTK accurate weapon with good range. But for most people the M4 can do that to a similar level with attachments. I got frustrated using the 545 since I was getting insta killed by pistols and Battle rifles. I haven’t used this gun yet but it doesn’t seem like it’ll be fun.

For me personally this gun is and still is a beast of a gun. Maybe it's due to my reaction time but I turned this thing into an lmg with no recoil and it slaps, despite the LMG level ads speed.
This gun's gonna be really good once we get a nerf on the SPR and SA. Right now it's super accurate but the snipers are so insane there's just no point in using an AR outside of the lower end of medium range and closer imo

Honestly, I have to reverse boost to enjoy ranking up guns (especially this one.) I find lobbies with ~1 k/d works best for me.

@@Berserkable on a straight insert it's hard to get fully loaded mags in on a closed bolt. It's easier on a rock and lock mag. The G3 can do either.

I like it. The higher ttk isn't a huge problem if you play to it's strengths. Stay out of the max damage range of the 74U and it works fine.
Loving the gun guides this year, all the info needed but concise, so nice to have some under 10 minutes compared to VGs ones with a million different attachments that change the gun significant
For me this gun is like G36 from MW2019: It's TTK isn't good, especially in CQC. But it looks very cool, "classic" and stylish, and the feelings when you shoot from this thing are incredible.
Incendiary rounds of any kind are the best thing agains shield user, don't know if its a bug or not.
Feels like a bug since you have to shot the shield once and stop to let the player burn, if you keep fire on the shield than the burn damage don't apply until stop hit them.
This is the first I picked up after GRINDING through a couple battle rifles so I thought it felt INCREDIBLE hahahah, but now that I’ve tried out the other assault rifles I feel this one’s a bit weak like you illustrate
I think accurracy is really undervalued compared to raw power, since yes, the gun might deal less damage, but still infinitly more damage than a missed shot due to inaccuracy and recoil.
I agree. I gave up on an up close build, but the long range build is great.
The gun is definitely underrated. It’s a laser with the right attachments and with the slower gameplay in this COD I love it.
I actually love using this gun. The recoil is super easy to control and it felt balanced when I was using it
I really wish the gun guides included a build that didn't require the unlock a completely different guns for the required attachments!

I had a lot of fun with it based on accuracy. I understand the "raw power" argument but if you aren't a pro the accuracy helps.

This gun was the last pleasant experience I had getting all the ARs gold. The M16 and the Kastov 545 nearly broke me haha

At this point it feels like a gun that is perfectly suited for the game but not suited for the state of the playerbase. I've seen more people running around with shotguns, knives, scopeless rifles than I have seen anyone (consistently) do the traditional assault rifle route. I know part of it is exaggeration but considering after match numbers, I can see why its popular. The gun is 100% fine, I readily think if the oneshot weapons and that player mentality was just magically gone, this gun could go toe-to-toe with the M4 in terms of having player comfort and accessibility being the driving force behind it (like how other low recoil low ttk ARs have dominated the series). I think the problem is currently everyone is so focused on leveling up that nuances haven't come from the woods yet. In many ways I just think the gun is in this awkward place, but it's been my favorite. I love HK platforms and it's an excuse for me to use a "556 MP5".
That's weird, one thing I thought while using the lachman assault rifle was that the mobility felt really fast. I guess I haven't used enough assault rifles yet to notice it being slower
I originally thought the lachman 556 had a short 3 shot range, or better handling. Because from description it said it bridges the gap between AR and smg. It performs nothing like an smg hybrid though.
This was my last AR to level and I can't put my finger on why but it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Felt like I lost a lot more gunfights compared to pretty much all the other ARs.
I guess everyone has different preferences.

For me it's a weird experience. I either completely dominate the gun fight handily and lose really hard

I found the same. I think because it's slower and not so great at close range.
It’s cuz the sbmm was up from using the better guns before, u got stuck in sweaty lobbies as a result
you should also list reload add time with fast hands along with category average as pretty much everyone is running it
From my perspective:
The problem with this gun is the TTK and the bullets needed for that kill, even in shipment I truly suffered to do well with this weapon
This isn't an hk33 but whatever. There no paddle mag release, so its more like an hk93 except its full auto. So idk, but its not an hk33.
They made a lot of the guns slightly different then their real life counter parts for some reason
I enjoyed getting this gun gold not the lockmann 762 till I got the knowledge from ace here that full auto is bad otherwise I had no issues here
I have all AR's plat so I've spent a decent amount of time with them all. I had a pleasant time with the Lachmann. I agree that this gun isn't OP but it's easily viable. I found myself doing well most games and didn't even have to focus on challenges much when using it because they were coming naturally (doubles, longshots ect). Will this be the gun I use when I want to try hard or pop off? Probably not, but it's not a weak weapon by any means. I can definitely see myself returning to this gun every once in a while for some fun.
Reminds me of the original mw2’s acr. Without stopping power thing took forever to kill, but was a fucking laser
overall, I like the accuracy of the rifle. I can understand why some people are calling it garbage because it's the reloading speed that upsets most. Not my #1 go to but a close second for sure.
I knew it wasn't just me lol. Don't care for this gun at all, but I did find that adding some recoil control attachments made it less miserable to use. Definitely feels weak though

The Lachmann556 is the the new Kilo from MW2019, very accurate but not overpowered. If you go to CDL under private match and look at the unreleased blueprints for the Lachman 556, they're all named Kilo followed by a number.
Just a coincidence, all the Kastov guns say Kilo also. ‘Kilo’ is just the word associated with letter ‘k’. Look up NATO phonetic alphabet. It’s just a placeholder name, that’s why other guns say Mike, Echo, Hotel, etc.
Kilo had a similar recoil pattern as well.
I'd think of it like the kreig in CW: A VERY accurate AR with a long range but not super powerful. I'm more of an aggressive player so it wouldn't be good for me personally but definitely has a place!

from what im noticing is across the board snipers need a slight fire rate nerf. It feels too hard to compete with them with regular guns especially past close range. No im not malding either I can quickscope pretty decently.
Man do I struggle with this one! It just seems 2 rounds too weak compared to the known meta weapons out there and I find it hard to be competitive with it. Which is odd because the 7.62 battle rifle variant is a current favourite of mine. I think once I level up the base version of this I’ll be leaving it alone.
The more I look at this game, the more I realize how generic and boring it is compared to MW2019 and original MW2.
They 100% have to update and change the stat bars to something else more efficient. The way they show up as of now, makes me think this gun has the worst ads of all AR's because of the handling stat, and the fastest rof too because of the stat bar

I can't wait for the RPK episode. I just unlocked it and damn is it a laser! I think it's super overlooked by many, it's one of my favorite guns in this game and in general.
I just added the best 7.62 suppressor and its a laser! Def great for mowing people down on invasion

I just got gold for this gun the other day and it definitely is decent at longer ranges but any mid range fight even when I was on target first id almost always lose. It's fairly frustrating and in my opinion disappointing that it feels so weak compared to other weapons
With everyone running the m4, ak47, and the 74u the gun just has a hard time competing in 6v6 imo. I'm sure in warzone the high accuracy paired with decent damage range may make it a meta viable weapon. But for 6v6 this ain't it for me chief.
I quite liked this gun. It was the last AR I got gold and compared to some of the others, it felt comfortable.
Why couldn’t they just close the circle on the sight? For some reason with all the lachman classes it just irritates me.

I really like the Lachman 5.56. I’ve used all of the ARs to at least some degree and it’s probably in my top three with the M4 and Taq56.
Kastov 762 > M4. Set it up for low recoil, med ADS, and it beams
Very underrated gun. Personally I think it could use the STB-556's damage profile of doing 36 to the upper chest. Echoless Suppressor (velocity, range, recoil), FTAC Ripper Underbarrel (or FSS Sharkfin), FSS OLE-V Laser, Lachmann S9 Factory Stock, and the LMK 64 Grip. Makes the Lachmann 556 feel like an SMG with AR range.
Nothing needs that damage profile, the Aug needs to be nerfed into the ground lol. It has faster sprint to fire than any smg, insanely fast ttk that destroys everything, extremely low recoil and the best hipfire of all assault rifles because why not
@@DustoVonSusto True. I feel like if the TAQ and AUG have a 3SK potential the Lachmann 556 should too. I think your solution of reducing them all down to 4SK is better though, the AUG is simply too good at too many things
Honestly to me when both the M4 and the HK33 are maxed out,i just turn my M4 into an M16A3 and i fully max the range on this one. Comparing both side by side,It just feels like a worst M16A3 with marginally better magnitude but worst recoil consistency due to the fact that the M16A3 has no massive gap between it's shots while this one does,so for long range fights i just stick to my M16A3.

M4 has better RoF so a better TTK and is more forgiving for missing shots

Both have good handling for the most part
This gun has a better range but if the range drop off is a big deal on the M4 you can put on a barrel to make the range better or just switch to the 762
The niche this gun seems to fill is low TTK accurate weapon with good range. But for most people the M4 can do that to a similar level with attachments.
I got frustrated using the 545 since I was getting insta killed by pistols and Battle rifles. I haven’t used this gun yet but it doesn’t seem like it’ll be fun.
Honestly since it’s such a lazer I’m having a great time using it. You can just BEAM people to the head even at longer ranges. This gun is so fun, i hate the lachmann style iron sights tho.

I love HK rifles. I loved that they put the G3 in this game but, I couldn’t use this one it was ass to me.
I think the gun is under rated but it felt so much better to use over the Battle Rifle variant you have to use to unlock it
I hated the battle rifle at first but once I put a small barrel and heavy silencer on it I liked it quite a bit actually 🤷♂️

Na the G3 is better for me than the hk33, I really dislike 5.56 rifles because they dont deal enough damage, Kastov 762 is the best ar out there in my opinion
This gun feels a lot like the Grau from MW2019 once you build and tune it right, very little recoil and great iron sights imo
It’s not a great gun, but it can perform and it’s very fun to use.
I been using this thing, pretty good, fun to use. Recoil makes headshots very easy

For me personally this gun is and still is a beast of a gun. Maybe it's due to my reaction time but I turned this thing into an lmg with no recoil and it slaps, despite the LMG level ads speed.

This gun's gonna be really good once we get a nerf on the SPR and SA. Right now it's super accurate but the snipers are so insane there's just no point in using an AR outside of the lower end of medium range and closer imo
