Measurements for the topping for 9 x 13 baking dish
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup reserved pineapple juice
(More of the liquids if your batter needs thinned out)
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick of unsalted butter cut.

I made this today but I used oats flour instead of all purpose flour and used half the sugar and half the butter. Still came out very delicious. Thank you for your recipe.

She wasn't very clear on the amounts of things. I get just make it like a pancake batter.
I just made this today just like you did and I think it was terrible The batter was soooo bland! I might try it again but I'll use a cake mix. Thanks for sharing, though.

isn t 1 atick of butter a lot?
If you think about it, no. 1 stick of butter is 1/2 cup. One 1/2 cup is 8 tablespoons. There's at least 6 servings of this, more or less depending on how much you decide to dish out for yourself. At most, 1 to 1 1/3 tablespoon a serving. Is it worth it? SURE IS! If you're feeling guilty about the butter content, just make sure thats all the butter you eat that day.

Hi Pauline, I have been giving the exact measurements and ingredient list while cooking in all my recent videos. However, the ingredient list is in the description box for this particular recipe video. I get it, I am very busy too, that is why I tell them in the videos now instead of writing them out.
