That’s a few good reasons why I love this band. My Immortal is a stand out track.
You really can't go wrong with any song from the Fallen LP, but My Immortal is highly recommended. She does a cover of Bananarama's Cruel Summer that is somewhat stripped back, but a worthwhile listen.

Hi Sabina! Amy Lee is a favourite of an American friend of mine (who I have been trying to introduce to European metal Goddesses like Floor Jansen and Simone Simons, so far with limited success.) Admittedly, Amy is a very very talented musician, vocalist and composer, but I do think she would be among the first to admit that she is not in the same league as Floor.
They are 2 different singers. While Floor excels in power, Amy is way more subtile constant leaning into emotions. Also Amy as an American owns the language, she feels it. You can hear Floor is not a native English speaker. Floor doesn't write the music and maybe small part of the lyrics. If you think Floor is better because of power and maybe technique, good for you. Having the best skills doesn;t make you the best singer. Music is about emotions and Amy owns that. I prefer Amy any day every day above Floor.
