Im late! Although Bring Me Back To Life is theyr breakthrough song and also theyr biggest commercialistic hit,i still dont think its theyr best song (although i do enjoy it alot whenever i hear it) I caught Lulu mentioning that she liked the light setting of this live performance. And then my favourite song and music video by them came to mind right away!
I know how females often enjoy visualizations and such more then males do (some males enjoy it just as much,im just saying that colours,light settings/effects etc often gets appreciated by more females then males) I think all 3 of you will not only love the song,but i think you will fall in love with the video too: Evanescence - My Heart Is Broken.
Amy Lee is quite stunning throughout the video,and i think the effects in the video will have you 3 focused on in. For me thats theyr most beautiful and best song,all things considered. And believe it or not,but it often doesnt even get recommended/requested as song nr 1,2 or even 3 from this band. So i would say its abit underrated.
But if i say that this is the song i have heard the most covers on from Evanescence,it should tell you the quality stamp on it.
I know you will love the instrumentals,and Amys voice is at its most beautiful in this song,thats why so many female vocalists try to cover it.

Amy Lee is one of the greatest voices ever. There are a ton of Evanescence songs. Always choose their music videos. They are top notch videos that helps explains the songs...and always sound better than recorded concerts.

The problem with a lot of live performances is that the recorded mix is not very good (not always, some of them are perfect and on those the song is often better than the studio version). Not always that the band can't perform live.

These girls are powerful, they remind me “The Warning” because they have a very unique sound and good lyrics. They are also very young.
The drummer is ridiculously good.

Well here I am again but when I actually look at some of your music reactions uou make it easy for me to cherry pick artists that I have been fortunate enough to see live. "The Music of Everything" is something I have said and believed in for as long as I can remember a in away to many few weeks I will turn 61 the day after Angelina turns 18. LOL sorry (Not Sorry ) I had to get my Angelina Jordan plug in as I am sure it is in my Angel contract somewhere. Music consumes most parts of my life. Just ask any one of my 5 kids or ex wifes LOL. Anyways back to this Artist Am i Lee. Her vocals are completely on point and writing skills. I was fortunate to spend a four rockfest watching a plethora of talent in a 2004 summer tens of thousand of music lovers camping and rocking. Evanecans was off the chain and Lulu apparently seems you have slight obsession with hair. I have a picture I took but I am sure you could find many out there fo Ami Lee on stage rocking to this song head banging and her doo knows know gravity until the down pound. As a side note the band you so quently referred to as three little old men ZZ TOP were also on that Concert BILL and they also Rocked. A long time ago when Hobbits were just Hobbits... well may not that far back but in the 70 's and 80's ZZ top all wore the beard as part of the band's BRAND.
Back to Ami. When this concert tour was going on She and her Significant other( Lead singer of a different band) well they were a big item as both bands were on fire. But nothing like the fire that comes with a bad bad break up. Musicians are artists and we will eloquently paint our feelings with words and when that doesn't work we just take out the eloquence and Rock-tell it like it is. FYI the other character in this drama was Shaun Morgan lead singer of the band Seether from South Africa. Seeether was on this Concert Bill as well but then that was a happier time when they were in the honeymoon phase.

Good reaction.. One hit wonder from my recollection. Good song.... But if you want to see how it's really done you must check out Nightwish. First album I heard was called "Once.' Studio or live versions, Your minds will be blown . Ghost Love Score , Romanticide , The Greatest Show on Earth . All from Wacken Festival 2013. @mirekhalek2948 I'm not saying she isn't a good singer. And I like Nightwish but I'm not a fanatic. But I do value vocalists by technique and Floor is better than anyone else, with probably Simone Simon's closely behind. Because of their training.
