    At the very end she tops the cake with a neutral Nappage. ナパージュ in Japanese.
    From wiki:
    Nappage is normally an apricot glaze and is a baking technique. Jam made from apricots is diluted with water to form a transparent, slightly apricot-colored glaze. The glaze is used to cover fruit on a fruit tart or other baked goods, to make the fruit pieces shiny, prevent them from drying out, and to retard oxidation.
    But in this video she is using a neutral nappage which is made from pectin, water and sugar also sometimes lemon juice.

    I made this and it was so nice, it took me three hours but worth it, only thing is is that it was a bit too sweet for me but I can just add less sugar to the cream next time, I added strawberries and it was super nice😆

    作ったことあるんですけど、やっぱこれ生地が分厚くなりがちなんですよね
    面倒くさいのでホットケーキミックスでやりましたし
    やっぱ生地をしっかり作れば薄くなるんですかね?

    This is easy to make but the reason why I may not be able to make it is not having the right equipment... the mixer is my big problem and strainer... I can only make the crepes not the cake itself... 😢😢😢 I really wanna make it so bad...

    ひだまりさんのクレープ挑戦してみました‼️観てたら無性にクレープ食べたくなってきちゃって(笑)
    私、料理は好きでも失敗作が多い下手ッピなんで、気をつけたつもりが案の定 初めてのカスタード焦がしちゃって(^^;
    見た目はお焦げ達がバニラビーンズの代わりになってくれました(*≧∀≦*)笑
    それで、シナモンでもプラスしてみようかと、適当にパウダーを入れて、最後に生クリームと混ぜて味見したら、思った以上に美味しくて🤭✨
    自分で言うのもなんだけど💦シナモンの味だけど、モンブランの栗ペーストっぽい感じもして🌰
    現在、冷やして食べるの待ってる途中です*\(^o^)/*
