Outline Planning Fast without getting bogged down this needs to be done first etc etc, repeat and improve, repeat and improve, build wooden structure outline on an empty lot first to get idea, find out where to improve and what parts were missed, disassemble, build structure again, find out faults , note down, and now for the 3rd time , build your home. That’s the approach being discussed here
