There is something very important that you did here and I am really happy to see what you did, even though you did not really stress it. Pulling the extra cord so that the stitches could fit around to the other needle when using a longer circular needle FIXED my problem! I was not able to figure this out until you casually mentioned it. WOW! Thanks. You might might to stress that in your next video.

just some feedback. I loved your seed stitch hat and in fact made 2 for my wife since learning it.
This one though you need to slow just a little the first time doing something as the first row was easy to understand K-K-P-P but when you got to row 2 you were like K-K -P through the back - P through the back.......On that I am totally confused and a little slower motion for the first few stitches would be great on future patterns. I know in my case I just started knitting in November 2021 so am still new to all this and some stitches still a little confusing.
Otherwise thanks my wife loved the first two hats I did using your seed stitch video!!!

Can I use super bulky (6) yarn? I bought some more size 8 circular needles.

Rather than starting with a knot - that will be visible and right at your forehead - you can do a twist to form your first stitch. That one is invisible and not a hard lump on your forehead. Plenty of tutorials for knitting in the round will start you off the right way with a twist instead.

why did you double the needles when you were figuring out the amount of tail you needed? I have seen this method but usually only the one needle size was used. And how did you come up with the amount of 20 to rotate on the needle?
