If the energy released in anaerobic respiration is very less than how are muscles get enough energy..

Anaerobic respiration takes shorter time to produce energy than aerobic respiration. So we can get ATPs at a faster rate. Moreover, ATPs cannot be stored. They are made only when they are required and are broken down as soon as they are made.
