    I am a male 32 that has had lymphedema for over 14 years now due to a sports injury during high school. I just wear compression stockings and during that time that's all the doctor could recommend and said I would deal with it for the rest of my life. This topic is so under researched and I thank you so much for this video. You explain things very well and help me understand the lymphatic system. I am on my journey to recovery still but I have hope that my leg will get better. I am still grateful I can walk, that has kept me motivated all these years. Being grateful for what I can still do instead of focusing on what I cannot do.

    • @user-lb3ex6yh9u
      @user-lb3ex6yh9u 9 месяцев назад +2

      Damn that's sad . An injury during high school cost something worth 14 years of your life?!
      I am sorry for it but at the same time I appreciate your outlook towards it.
      Also it's true that it is a under researched topic. In fact a lot things are under researched. Once some are done, there would be no limits on how easy human life could become.

      Are you better now? Try incorporating things like ginger tea, cappers/red onions, pineapple, garlic water with honey (cut like 2-3 thin slices of garlic, put the honey in a cup, boil water, let sit and drink like a tea), olives or olive leaf tea, in your diet. I had an infection on my leg last year, and it's still swollen, but those things have helped me quite a bit.
