How To Make Sun Dried Tomatoes

🍅The tomato is such a versatile little fruit isn’t it? You can use it in so many delicious ways:
-soups
-sauces
-ketchup
-pasta
-salads
-pizza
…and so much MORE!
☀️Making sun dried tomatoes is easy and fun. Cut your cherry or grape tomatoes in half. Place on your surface of choice like dehydrator, cookie sheet, or drying rack. Then wait until they are dried to your liking.
😎Once dry, place in a jar in a cool dark place for a few months or add oil and refrigerate for a few weeks.
