Awesome to hear what you guys think of it! Funny to hear Heads mention how the physics aren't quite there and a bit disconnected while still absolutely ripping the living crap out of every map haha
I just picked this up (because IGOW, etc!) and would be interested in what you think "one year later" whether it's improved significantly, or still needs more work? Thanks! 🤘🏻
Same here! I just got this sim and I don’t know if I need to adjust some settings or something but out of the box the physics seem to be the worst of any sim I’ve tried lol
That was some awesome flying! I like liftoff and have liftoff micro drones also for a few days now. It really is drifty and the throttle response is not quite right yet. I hope they will fix that. My eachine UZ65 feels a lot more locked in.The graphics are very good for a fpv sim. And maybe they could make it that you can select another drone in the in game menu.
Good call on that! We are going to keep a close eye on this sim as it develops. It would be nice to have some healthy competition in the sim world. Keep everyone improving!
If your remote runs opentx, that may be the issue. Bardwell did a video about how there's some input delay over usb on opentx. Edgetx apparently fixes that.
Hi good video guys, is there any chance you could show a step by step how to set up you transmitter to play the game ie: taranis and dji controler? would be much appreciated.
I honestly cant see the point. If flying at home inside, Pull out your real whoop & fly that. Why fly a sim in your house if you can fly a real whoop inside ?
Some folks use simulators to practice new tricks without the chance of breaking something. Heads uses them to help his young son practice. OG uses them to practice muscle memory for racing. There is some value to simulators for some people.
It’s great when your waiting for batteries to recharge or have pets that try to eat your drone/non stop bark at it or when you want to fly more than 3 mins and not change batteries out.

😁 i think doing all these "But Will It Freestyles" has made me really good at adjusting quickly.
Would love to hear an update on this!
If you look through our livestream vods I'm pretty sure Heads has flown it several more times, with any new updates they've came out with.

You guys didnt talk about the hover drones, I think there could be some quality content there.
You're absolutely right on both points.
The original liftoff game was very floaty also. I'll stick with the micros on velocidrone. 😉
No shade on Velocidrone at all!
for us beginner's it would be great just to get a feel, but I fly my whoop why better in real life then on this, as on now...

I'm flying in Velocidrone right now while my batts are charging! 😆
