I used to be a huge cardio hater until this year. It definitely was the KEY to getting my body to take in more food on a bulk. It also helps burn fat AS I GO in the zone 2 heart rate so I don't have a ton to burn off during a cut.
ive got cardio tomoz call me dramatic but thinking of hurting myself
great for vascularity and angiogenesis as well. and of course heart muscle tone. probably helps with nerve growth factor too (can't have big muscles without the neurological tissue splashing choline around)

I was so apprehensive about Sam, hearing about him everywhere. Then I started watching and I have been working out harder and all these visuals popping in to my head while I'm at the gym, helping a lot with my mind-muscle just from carefully watching him perform whole workouts. I am over a month in, lost close to 15 lbs and I am not stopping. I watch every single video you put out because it feels like we are doing it together. Your the OG

@@coffinfeeder7732 he prolly lost like 4-6 lbs of waterweight and losing 10 pounds a month is possible if u start off with like a 1k deficit. Its not optimal and he'll prolly lose a bit of muscle but when u start, a high deficit like that can work.

@@koray3375That’s exactly what happened. Everyone is a little different with their ability to retain muscle during a cut. I’m on 300mg of test and I can cut 3lbs a week without losing strength. When I was natty, I could cut 2lbs without losing strength. I was in the 220-240lb range during these cuts. I don’t cut as aggressively anymore. It’s easier to bulk slower so the cut isn’t so long or intense.

We've all felt that weird feeling in our muscles as we are working out. It can definitely lead to an injury if you continue and push it. Pulling or tearing something. Most people do and that's when injuries happen.

I get a little tweak in my tendon when I’m curling with barbell, I found I could load up more weight and it’s far more comfortable with a closer grip. Could be something to look at your positioning when curling even the dumbbells

In the beginning God created Heaven and Earth. He created humans too to have a relationship with Him. That's our purpose as humans that have a relationship with God. Sin, however, messed that up because it made us imperfect and imperfect creatures cannot have a relationship with a perfect and holy God. That's why we so oftentimes feel empty, unsatisfied and unaccomplished because we're not in relationship with the God we were created to be in a relationship with. But that's where Jesus comes in. Jesus is God's son and He came down to earth in human form to live the same life we do yet unlike us He never sinned. Jesus is perfect. Yet despite the fact He is perfect He died on the cross for our sins and sacrifice Himself for us. The punishment for our sins is death but because Jesus took that punishment for us if we put our faith in Him and receive Him as Lord and savior we can be reconciled to God and be restored to that relationship we were created to have. And we can be sure that Jesus is the Son of God because on the 3rd day God raised Him from the dead and in that He defeated death and the grave, proving that He can do the same for us if we put our faith in trust in Him. That's how you get to Heaven. That's how you become full in your heart. That's how you become reconciled to the God who created you.
