I had a frozen shoulder. I watched as many videos Bob and Brad videos as I could and implemented everything I could. I was 💯 healed in 8 months instead of 3yrs. I exercised 2 times daily and refused to give up. I am back to doing my regular sports and training over the age of 50. Thank you and God bless!

Hello, Some of your exercises are familiar, and some are new. I survived my own torn rotator cuff, before surgery, after and with PT my pain was excruciating! I'm so grateful for my PT team and now y'all! I now have a full range of motion! I was in my 40's during that ordeal. Now in my 60's I'm still careful! You all are the BEST PT's on the INTERNET! I miss you Bob! 🤗🤗🤗

I just did the stretches, and a lot of the pain went away immediately. You guys are scary lol! I have been suffering with pain for over 6 months - I lift so I don’t know what the heck I did. It’d hurt, then go away, then come back. But I got huge relief today, so I’ll keep on with it. Count me in the 1000! Thank-you!

    Yes! Love Bob❤
I had a serious fall and did your exercises.
A year later at the TOP OF THE SHOULDERS, the pain is excruciating.
I go to sleep by 7pm (up at 5am) and around midnight every night... the top of the shoulders is screaming.
I do aquafit every day and do 100 pull ups in the pool.
    No pain
    All day - no pain.
But at midnight - excruciating pain.
I sleep with 2 pillows now.
I have been doing shoulder exercises but will do Bob and Brads ..
    Bob🥰🥰🥰

I'm confused on the shoulder stretch reaching up the wall. Mike says "do 10 to 5 repetitions." Is that 5 sets of 10 reps? Or just the reverse of 5 to 10 reps? Thanks for clarifying this tip.
