I was able to visit the following places:
San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Waco, Lubbock, Dallas, College Station, Brenham, Schulenberg, Corpus Christi, Round Top, South Padre Island, Port Isabel, Mustang Island, Big Bend National Park, Guadalupe Mountain, Colorado Bend State Park, Enchanted Rock, Pedernales State Park, Lost Maples State Park, San Antonio Caves
This video catches quick glimpses of what I did in each of the above places. These moments are mostly of the surrounding nature rather than the food; however, I did have tons of delicious vegetarian and vegan meals during my stay in Texas.
