As a Swedish person, and being familiar with "Det Sjunde Inseglet", it has never occurred to me that he was even attempting a Swedish accent. I just thought it was a unique acting choice. In any case, I have no complaint about it.

This is a fantastic sequel because it does what a good sequel should do. It expands the lore. And the filmmakers knew that there was no way to redo the first movies manic and upbeat energy. So they put Bill and Ted through literal hell. The first movie being an "Excellent Adventure" and this movie being a "Bogus Journey" is just brilliant.

When the writers were working on the original BILL & TED script, apparently they had a scene set at the police station that they deleted. But they missed a word in deleting it, so when re-reading it one of them saw the word "STATION" just floating in the middle of the page in bold font, and it took him a minute to realize why it was there. The weirdness of it became one of those dumb shared jokes that two people will refer to over and over, baffling everyone around them not in on the joke, long past the point of any humor at all, but it amused them both so much that when they sat down to start work on the sequel "STATION!" popped back into their heads and somehow this led to the creation of two alien scientist ghosts in Heaven who merge into one giant alien scientist ghost (?) who builds good Bill and Ted robots. Makes perfect sense when you think about it
The chant that Missy does that sends Bill and Ted to hell, is "Ed and Chris will rule the world" backwards. Ed and Chris, being the first names of the writers of the movie

This movie was throw everything at the wall to see what works and no idea is crazy enough to leave on the cutting room floor. Death, aliens, heaven, hell, robots from the future, and a Rick concert at the end with time travel.
It's been so great watching you go through this experience of B&T for the first time. Can't wait for you to see Face the Music - and you don't even have to wait 30 years, like we did!

The great irony of this movie is that the first movie simply asserted that Bill and Ted's music would one day unite the world and shape the future, but never gave any indication as to when or how that would happen. The villain of this movie was attempting to prevent this from happening and wanted to instead shape the future according to his own plans; but instead he's actually the reason that Bill and Ted's music had the impact that it did. He didn't just zap the cameras, he made it so that they would broadcast to the entire world. He created the event he was trying to prevent.

Nikki , i wanted the third movie to be like the Atari Lynx video game ,, where they have to go back in time to find musical instruments from historical figures like a Flute from Ancient Egypt and Lyre from Julius Caesar's Lion Pit Roman gardens, and a Pipe Organ from Dracula's Castle , and others, and make a song that changes the world , while Death goes crazy and kidnaps the princesses and holds them in alternate future where San Dimas is a hellscape, it would have been cool to see them go through the Roman Lion pit gardens with stone and bushes or the Pyramids of Ancient Egypt or Dracula's Haunted Castle.

Edit: Just watched an episode of the Bill and Ted cartoon and I wanted to know who did the voices as they sounded just like the originals. Alex Winter, Keanu Reeves and George Carlin are all in the voice credits. They got the original actors.
Nikki , i wanted the third movie to be like the Atari Lynx video game ,, where they have to go back in time to find musical instruments from historical figures like a Flute from Ancient Egypt and Lyre from Julius Caesar's Lion Pit Roman gardens, and a Pipe Organ from Dracula's Castle , and others, and make a song that changes the world , while Death goes crazy and kidnaps the princesses and holds them in alternate future where San Dimas is a hellscape, it would have been cool to see them go through the Roman Lion pit gardens with stone and bushes or the Pyramids of Ancient Egypt or Dracula's Haunted Castle.
I love that she started watching it in Spanish first. Yep, been there.
