This was really well explained, if individuals really want to rank up, I think one of the best methods you can use is the following, once you've ranked up, spend sometime in quick or casual matches before you go ranking up again, to get a feel of the type of players and how they play in your current rank. Renegade Scottista same bro its not my first tekken but i never played online cuz of my region problems back in the day and im already brawler keep it up
Richard Pajooh I play on PS4... The lag is better than TT2 which was very playable and good. In my 500 fights I only encountered one person that pulled the plug on me... But yes if you aren't satisfied, then maybe try PC, but don't think PC will be cleaner in terms of cheating bitches, there is tab mashing bs, frame data app and they still can pull the plug on you if they want to. So yeah good luck.
Something I find interesting is even if you look at the distribution spread, there are many in the high percentiles that are lacking many fundamental skills. I appreciate you working to break the elitism that plagues FGCs, I respect that a lot. However, I've run into many Destroyers on PC that don't fundamentally understand how to punish. There's definitely something to be said about being statistically skilled, but I think it's also harmful to overinflate people's egos. If we hold "perfect play" as the standard, then I think it stands to argue that being statistically good is not equal to being a good player.
True. I know plenty of people who just play player matches and they are on the level of anyone who plays competitively. Plus, you never know who is really behind the controls. Streamers like JDCR just mess around with certain characters for the hell of it at lower ranks. Its hilarious. In the end, all the rank really tells you, "if anything", is how much time a person has put into the game. Nothing is accounted for when it comes to skill. Playing Tekken just for the rank is like having sex just for the reproduction. Sure, its a nice by-product, but the experience, in and of itself, is what makes it special.
I mean, my Steve Fox is at the Fighter rank and I can take down people with Warrior ranking and beyond because I know my character in, out, left, right, what to do in certain situations and what not to do. Or maybe I haven't ran into an actual good player yet. Who knows.
I don't think the point is that you have nothing to improve so much as you shouldn't be beating yourself up for not being a God-level player when you're still, relatively speaking, better than most.
But being better than most is really nothing of value, when most don't even know how basic punishment works. That's the point of this thread. A rank doesn't give you real skills. Only time and practice does that.
Even though this is a older video it makes me feel better about being a Fighter rank with Zafina. Granted I play quick matches a lot more than ranked to gain experience playing a variety of ranks especially the higher ones without the stress of constantly getting demoted and such which I experienced early on. I have a good win rate in Ranked currently at about 61.1% and Quick matches at 62.8% overall. I recently reached Fighter with Zafina at 52 wins out of 85 battles. I ever so often go into rank as my skill level rises after playing quick matches for awhile and been steadily ranking up that way. Hope to get to Vanguard with her and Warrior hopefully soon after. Having been a casual Tekken player since Tekken 3 days I'm not a newbie to the series. I'm a bit of a OG at 37 years old lol.
Remember that every Tekken player who has ever progressed past where we are, every single one, had to be where we are at some point, and grapple with the same self-doubt and push themselves.
I used to struggle getting to marauder, im now a juggernaut Lars pushing for vanquisher. Believe me keep training, work on movement, punishing, frame traps and character match ups.. you will find your level of play will get better
Hello manmain, i play kaz and watch your vids, through your tutorials i made it to vanguard, its been 3 months now that i play this game. thank you for the info you share
Yeah but the video is kinda old so it doesn't match very much the ranks today, like the yellow ranks are the new green ranks and I got there very easily after becoming vanguard. It actually took me like 3 months to get out Of fighter and today I climbed so hard that I got to a match from the usurper rank lmao
I surely discovered this video at an awkward time you see I'm a veteran in the TEKKEN series played since T2 to present day and I never was super into TEKKEN only around TT2 I was and when I was grinding TT2 people always told me "if you are green you are a scrub!" Now I truly took this to heart I worked hard and made it to Genbu but when T7 hit and I took about a 2 year hiatus and came back I was stuck at Vanguard and I felt like I was trash not only because my bench mark was Genbu but because of the old stigma that I went threw and again I felt bad I felt like I was trash now currently I'm Destroyer and I felt that because I was this rank I am "decent" but after looking at this video that is truly not the case I've been working hard at it feels great to know it's paying off.
Yo bro, i hope you reach genbu (or more!), i very felt your comment, I bought tekken7 a week ago and I'm a brawler, so I'm reading comments for just "check out" the community, but i really want to say something to you: DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT SCUM PEOPLE SAY, really, you are surely a good fighter, no matter what people thinks or what meta-slave have ruined your rank. I'm a brawler, maybe i cane beat some warriors, and maybe some first Dan can beat me, but who cares, it's good getting good, it's good wrong. I hope you the best. Bye. (sorry for my bad English)
@TheMainManSwe Hey! I used to be just finging on Vanquisher, now got a Seiryu with my Kaz *no easy mode chars for me ;)* but with all the new ranks and how much easier it seems to progress I don't really know where I stand in it. Love the conent, hate your ego but it's sincere as it's the only driving force that made me push through and learn to PEWGF both player & ranked matches. Much Love and all the best for the new year. Happy Hogmanay from Scotland brother!
I'm back at Brawler playing Jin Kazama. Been demoted a couple of times but i'm back at GREEN RANKS now. Knowing Jin is not a CHEESE character, I feel good.
kobe8ph Not really, newbies may like easier characters, scrubs is a term you use on people that think they are the best while they are noobs, but anyway you will have to deal with it, you will encounter a lot of Laws and Pauls at high ranks, and if you fell they are gimmicky or cheap then you will totally quit at higher level players that main these characters. Also Jin bas his gimmicks too, just like all characters in the game, he's just harder to use, being proud of something it's good, being proud of something for no reason is not.
kobe8ph Lol I guess im a scrub, I main alisa and im juggernaut with her. Yet to get higher with alisa you need to know how to play tekken. Some chars rely on gimmicks if you don't know just like devil jin and his 50/50s from wave dash into hell sweep
Been fan of Tekken since 3 but only got to play online for Tekken 7. I'm a Fighter for this moment and have two other characters in Marauder. It feels so low but thank you MainMan. That feels good that I am doing something right.
I’m currently at Overlord with Yoshimitsu. At the time you uploaded this I was at warrior and not advancing very much ... weird how things work out 🏋️♀️
My main is Law with 400+wins and he is a Fighter. My second is Hwoarang with a 100+wins and he is a Marauder, so am happy with both of them. 😊👍🏻 Update: Law (Marauder) Jin (Fighter) Hwoarang (Vindicator)
The key to getting good is playing and learning. I bought Tekken 7 back on PS4 when it came out but I just could not get motivated. Litteraly like a week ago now I bought it on PC picked up Jin, spent an hour in practice then went on ranked and got my ass beat. But with every day I play I improve, id get 2nd Dan, then 3rd dan, at the the moment im mentor but my current goal is to make it to first rank in green. Just gotta push forward and learn. Also take time to reflect
@@UnorganizedWaffle got to Savior which felt good, would have tried getting into red ranks but got burnt out recently. gonna aim for fujin when tekken 8 comes out
I'm an alisa main and I'm currently on Mighty ruler :') the reason I'm happy is because alisa is pretty much of a easy character to read and few people I've fought online have message me telling me they have hard time against my main. Don't get me wrong I still need practice more my defense but I sincerely never thought I'd reach this rank.
Also an alisa main, same rank, I dont consider her easy to read, shes pretty annoying to deal with, and most people have never played her because "aNiMe ChArAcTeR", meaning they dont even know the most basic shit like 1-1-hold 2, easy launcher even on red ranks
@@xEndymionS She can become predictable depending how you manage her of course. Most annoying thing of her apparently is d3, for what most people have told me. She has nice pokes and all i don't get the hate towards her 😂 Also I'm currently Reijin
Yea im a fighter on both Tag 2 and Tekken 7. Its not easy to get past maurader if youre not a decent player and a lot of good players get caught up in green ranks fighting their way through each other to yellow ranks which is why its so hard for me to reach warrior. Maybe someday ill get there but its good to hear that im still pretty good.
It's pretty surprising how few people are actually green and above. You can easily get to fighter with gimmicks, but anything above that and you'll get fucked hard.
Got stuck in green with my Jim being unable to promote to yellow. Just considered myself a peace of fucking garbage and droped the game for a while. Thx for the vid.
Sean Jones just keep trying man the rank up to brawler from grand master is brutal, in my case I would keep getting matched with lower ranked players so I wasn't allowed to lose lol otherwise I would lose a lot of points and then I get matched with that one grand master player and win to get into green and I play on ps4 so you know...lag switchers and spammers everywhere XD but hey in a way they make you a better player.
Keep at it- you'll get there eventually. Just keep practising and try to look at every match as a lesson :)
7 лет назад+5
You don't lose more points by losing to a lower ranked player. It's based on difference to opponent's rank, not if they are higher or lower. So don't worry.
U should make a 2022 version of this since the ranks have changed since then Nice vid My top ranking is divine ruler and it’s hard to too that for any character I play so far U said also talk about what each rank should do to get to the next level/rank since they r probably stuck like me lol
I'm a kazuya destroyer too. My tip for kazuya is use all of his angles while fighting. use the sweep use f4 for a little bit of plus frames, use mix-ups, use ff3 and know how to pick up combos and you'll be fine
if there is something i dont like is that once you reach a specific rank all your characters are ranked up. i reached genbu and suddenly all my characters are warrior but i didnt earn warrior with them. its like if i want to try out a new character i begin at warrior when other players busted their ass for that rank with their main. and of course i am going to kinda suck compared to them. doesnt feel right
It's actually one of the good new mechanics of the game. We don't have to bother fighting against kid sisters or people who don't know the title of the game when we pick a new character anymore.
IMO thats the whole point of picking up a new character. just because i reached genbu with a specific character, doesnt mean i am going to shit on all green ranks when i pick up a whole new character i dont know. sure i will beat dans with easy because in order to reach genbu you must have solid fundamentals otherwise nothing will help. but if i pick a whole new character and jump in to fight warriors with hundreds of wins with their main.... it feels like i didnt earn that spot with the specific character i picked
juggernuts1000 fundamentals are everything. That is something you can bring over to any character. You have good spacing? Frame data knowledge? Movement? Punishment? You can guess hard reads well? I'm sure you do, you must have all of those to reach such an incredibly high rank as genbu. Since you've already got that, spend 20 minutes in practice mode with your new character learning just their best combos and punishers and you should already be at warrior level with that character. It IS that simple. I made vindicator with kazuya, when you hit warrior, your characters rank up to grand master. I spent 10 minutes in the lab with Jin, and now he's a warrior from grand master level. I stomped everyone in green ranks easily despite having only just picked up Jin. But that is because the knowledge you have about the game is universal knowledge and translates well to any character. Now grand master is a much easier place to start a new character at than warrior but the difference is the same. I'm a vindicator (although I'm sure I could reach at least vanquisher level if I tried). So my knowledge is vindicator level. You're a genbu, that means you must have much greater knowledge. And that's why they give your characters warrior status. I think it's great that they did this.
Thank you Main man cause I was at vindicator for the first time but then got dropped back down to vanguard with Kazuya but lately I find myself thinking being at vanguard is nothing but this really helps put it into perspective how good I am because Tekken 7 or Tekken in general is a hard fighting game especially when you have characters such as kazuya who requires precise buttom inputs at times.
Bobby Richardson that true, I have so much tekken muscle memory, I forget I have supers, and sill play it like T6/TTT2. I forget I have armor moves often too.becuase I forget and lose more than i should, because I get aggressive and get killed by panic supers from opponent
The super is ur come back Just like in marvel with X factor , the game is easier bec of the forgivable comeback mechanic rage drive and super stop being weird
I'm currently Vindicator with my main which is Alisa, and boy, the people online just keep getting harder to beat, like I swear to God every time I lose a fight I'm shitted that my rank appears in blue as a low rank match lmao 😭
I'm an alisa main too, and stuck at yellow. Did you progress in your rank after this comment? I feel like matchup knowledge is the most I'm lacking since I'm too lazy lab other characters for their strings and frame data. I usually just end up knowing things by watching and listening to the commentary in the pro scene.
Hadn't played tekken since 4 (always been a Paul player since 1). Picked up 7 in Feb and just cracked purple a couple of days ago. Thanks for the videos learned a lot.
@ All my green rank and below peeps, It's ok. Online is tough and it's hard to get wins. I've been playing tekken for 11 years. Learned everything there is to know about this game and can't get out of green. It's like that sometimes. It may take time but you'll get there eventually. This is also to all the green ranks player with 1000+ wins. Your not giving up so that in itself says how strong and dedicated you are. It might take years but i promise you'll get those stacks. PRACTICE AND DON'T GIVE UP. 😤👊🏾
Nero The hedgehog Eddy is noob tho. He may be a bit unpredictable at times, but frame data is his biggest enemy. He has lots of high frame moves/combos and is therefore quite easy to punish. Just don't play too aggressively against him. Let him come at you and punish the hell out of him
Just picked up tekken a little over a month ago and i made it to warrior last night and have been really curious about how well i was actually doing (my friend who introduced me to the game is a purple rank). Feeling pretty good about myself right about now
Knee is still the only player who's reached True Tekken God legitimately since ranks were introduced in Tekken 5 and that's in the arcade, not on a PC, not on the consoles. That means it's only possible to rank up with players of a similar rank (there's less than 20 Tekken Gods at the time of his promotion in the entire world) in the local arcade scene. Let that sink in for a moment.
nawaf G I never got pass my Brawler with Josie... But I'm in a stage when I'm really starting to learn my matchups, right now I'm learning how to defend and punish Paul, after him Bryan and later Law... Those seem to be the most popular characters, after them I will slowly try to learn the rest of the roster.
Awesome breakdown, I feel better about my Nina lol. Also the rank system is odd and some people just get obsessed about it. When I was a fighter I beat plenty Vanquishers in quick battle online (non rank). I've noticed A LOT of people are playing non ranked quick battles to avoid the annoyance of ranks. Thank you for breaking this down.
I’ve been floating between Vanguard and Warrior for awhile and honestly I’m comfortable there. I’m not getting blown up constantly or facing easy opponents all the time. Not that it matters to anyone but I think that’s a decent rank for a player like myself.

Just hit Genbu! After 6 months of playingg 😁😁
Took about 5 month break..came back and hit MightyRuler now !
As for every game my friend. Im diamond 3 on league and im still not that good compared to challengers.
I'd be higher in rank if i didn't have 10 minutes of queue time per match.
I'd be higher in rank if only I can play rank too-
This was extremely informative and appreciated!
Got to Vanquisher after 1000+ battles. I'm officially retiring from Ranked hahaha
Anora L grats man haha, must be nice up there
I am vindicator with 1200 win lol i play with steve this is not easy ! i thing vindicator it is already well no? Peace
My objectif is vamquisher
I just got vanquisher today within 200+ fights, I struggled with Usurper toughest took me forever , but im damn near finna retire too hahahah !
@@sorany37 nice bro, I'm also a Steve player
Top 3 % and still feel like crap. Need to hit the lab to learn.
anon ymouse sameee 😂 i got so much to learn
Remember that every Tekken player who has ever progressed past where we are, every single one, had to be where we are at some point, and grapple with the same self-doubt and push themselves.
johannhowitzer well said, so true
I used to struggle getting to marauder, im now a juggernaut Lars pushing for vanquisher. Believe me keep training, work on movement, punishing, frame traps and character match ups.. you will find your level of play will get better
@@ethanwilliamson7795 what level are you 3 years later
Hello manmain, i play kaz and watch your vids, through your tutorials i made it to vanguard, its been 3 months now that i play this game. thank you for the info you share
I revisit this every time I change colors.
What are you now ?
@@Illuminatiman44 Mighty Ruler with Lars.
Yeah but the video is kinda old so it doesn't match very much the ranks today, like the yellow ranks are the new green ranks and I got there very easily after becoming vanguard. It actually took me like 3 months to get out Of fighter and today I climbed so hard that I got to a match from the usurper rank lmao
really nice work tmm! very true about a lot of people's attitudes towards ranks
The worst part about getting demoted at a good rank is having tobwait FOREVER to find good players again, let alone get a chance to rank up.
It also means you need to work on your game to go up for good.
I just reached Vanguard. I am happy as fukk. Time to escape green hell!
Took me almost 3 months with 3 Vanguards lol
Thank you for this video, this gives me so much encouragement. I'm red rank and I didn't think I was that good so I guess I'm atleast decent
Finally got to Warrior with Kazuya after 1000+ wins...
I know the struggle.....Great job man!
I got to fighter Kazuya main just now with 1000+ wins so... yeah gj!
Just reached Vindicator With my main M.Raven. Not much, but feels amazing!
Thanks, I feel so much better now!!
I'm back at Brawler playing Jin Kazama. Been demoted a couple of times but i'm back at GREEN RANKS now. Knowing Jin is not a CHEESE character, I feel good.
kobe8ph that's why your not a higher rank. You think like that and I bet you don't lab the cheese chars
Peraliq only SCRUBS like the CHEESE/GIMMICK characters.
kobe8ph Not really, newbies may like easier characters, scrubs is a term you use on people that think they are the best while they are noobs, but anyway you will have to deal with it, you will encounter a lot of Laws and Pauls at high ranks, and if you fell they are gimmicky or cheap then you will totally quit at higher level players that main these characters.
Some chars rely on gimmicks if you don't know just like devil jin and his 50/50s from wave dash into hell sweep
kobe8ph Yeah I think being at green ranks with Jin is pretty decent. You are surely allowed to feel good :D
Been fan of Tekken since 3 but only got to play online for Tekken 7. I'm a Fighter for this moment and have two other characters in Marauder. It feels so low but thank you MainMan. That feels good that I am doing something right.
How impressive is 2nd dan?
Wait is that a serious question?
hey that's pretty good
You have to be pretty damn good to reach 2nd dan, I think you could even beat Knee. Great work.
If Asian yes thats pretty average
Best player in the world
I’m currently at Overlord with Yoshimitsu. At the time you uploaded this I was at warrior and not advancing very much ... weird how things work out 🏋️♀️
My main is Law with 400+wins and he is a Fighter. My second is Hwoarang with a 100+wins and he is a Marauder, so am happy with both of them. 😊👍🏻
Update: Law (Marauder)
Jin (Fighter)
Hwoarang (Vindicator)
The key to getting good is playing and learning. I bought Tekken 7 back on PS4 when it came out but I just could not get motivated. Litteraly like a week ago now I bought it on PC picked up Jin, spent an hour in practice then went on ranked and got my ass beat. But with every day I play I improve, id get 2nd Dan, then 3rd dan, at the the moment im mentor but my current goal is to make it to first rank in green. Just gotta push forward and learn. Also take time to reflect
Update bro you tgo yet?
@@Nmrs_98 D3 launching o counterhit is pretty stupid tbh.
I've been stuck in Grand Master with both of my mains. Haven't even gotten a promotion chance.
I hope you can do a updated one in the future. Since things have changed so much since then.
Now I can finally feel good about being a Brawler with Lee
Nope It was in 2017. Brawler with Lee after 2017 is garbage
@@atn9872 cheers mate I'm at Genbu now
Yea im a fighter on both Tag 2 and Tekken 7.
You can easily get to fighter with gimmicks, but anything above that and you'll get fucked hard.
say that to that low spamming Katrina
Devin Barens why cant you block or parry?
Peraliq OK I try but it's too fast for me. I try to in practice but I can predict it. any tips?
Devin Barens play, play, play, play and after that go play some tekken, once you know how to punnish a move properly you just need to put in the hours
That was in TTT2, now in T7 you can reach Vindicator just with gimmicks
very original and cool video. its great to see videos that are outside of the box
"Handicapped Hippopotamus" lol
HAHAHAHAHA
Murda Mook said that in a rap battle
@THEMAINMANSWE AKA The leading scholar in Tekken. Thank you for the encouragement.
Got stuck in green with my Jim being unable to promote to yellow. Just considered myself a peace of fucking garbage and droped the game for a while. Thx for the vid.
This dude deserves a million views, bro keep it up!
this video needs an update season 4 version
Now that is a super intelligent video. Thanks a lot
Here I am crying out of joy when I reached Marauder
Great insight Adrian! 👍
Im not even green rank :(
PEEJII Gamer I know I'm struggling like a bitch to be a brawler I just got jin to initiate lars stuck on 3 dan
Don't sweat it. You'll get there eventually.
You don't lose more points by losing to a lower ranked player. It's based on difference to opponent's rank, not if they are higher or lower. So don't worry.
U should make a 2022 version of this since the ranks have changed since then
Nice vid
My top ranking is divine ruler and it’s hard to too that for any character I play so far
U said also talk about what each rank should do to get to the next level/rank since they r probably stuck like me lol
Im a proud Kazuya Destroyer :)
cjnarutoshadow congrats👌I got Vanquisher for now
Could u give me some tips? kazuya main as well warrior rank on ps4
I'm a kazuya destroyer too. My tip for kazuya is use all of his angles while fighting. use the sweep use f4 for a little bit of plus frames, use mix-ups, use ff3 and know how to pick up combos and you'll be fine
Thanks, boosted my confidence.
Is there an updated version of this for 2022?
Just hit mighty ruler. Outdated, but I come to this video every time a hit a new division to boost my ego temporarily
if there is something i dont like is that once you reach a specific rank all your characters are ranked up. i reached genbu and suddenly all my characters are warrior but i didnt earn warrior with them. its like if i want to try out a new character i begin at warrior when other players busted their ass for that rank with their main. and of course i am going to kinda suck compared to them. doesnt feel right
juggernuts1000 I agree! I hate that they put that shit in the game...
You already earned your rank by having good Tekken fundamentals.
juggernuts1000 fundamentals are everything.
Ive been stuck at Vindicator with Bryan for a while now but watching this has reassured me a bit haha
Destroyer here, got a promotion match yesterday against a player who was demotion risk.. guess what , i was about to win and he raqequit.:/
Just hit Genbu with my main Bryan. Feels good. Put in a lot of work man. Hes not very easy to play at high ranks.
Genbu isn't High rank in S3 it's mid at best
this is my first Tekken and I reached Usurper... but Im shit at backdashing and I dont consider myself as good. Rank says nothing about a player
It says but it says also about your matchup knowledge against every characer
Thank you Main man cause I was at vindicator for the first time but then got dropped back down to vanguard with Kazuya but lately I find myself thinking being at vanguard is nothing but this really helps put it into perspective how good I am because Tekken 7 or Tekken in general is a hard fighting game especially when you have characters such as kazuya who requires precise buttom inputs at times.
I am now Destroyer with my Kazuya lol 9 months later
I'm in the Yellow ranks in T7, never made it out of the blue ranks in TTT2.. this game is much easier, and seems more balanced. Still love TTT2.
CyberdelicXP its because of supers
Bobby Richardson that true, I have so much tekken muscle memory, I forget I have supers, and sill play it like T6/TTT2. I forget I have armor moves often too.becuase I forget and lose more than i should, because I get aggressive and get killed by panic supers from opponent
The super is ur come back Just like in marvel with X factor , the game is easier bec of the forgivable comeback mechanic rage drive and super stop being weird
Greatvid MainMan!
I'm currently Vindicator with my main which is Alisa, and boy, the people online just keep getting harder to beat, like I swear to God every time I lose a fight I'm shitted that my rank appears in blue as a low rank match lmao 😭
Tony Mayberry indeed, specially for those who do tricks with their internet connection.
Tony Mayberry I do, but the account I use is not mine as I would like to call haha, it's my dad's.
My life story
Lucky the highest I have got to is a Fighter
I'm an alisa main too, and stuck at yellow. Did you progress in your rank after this comment? I feel like matchup knowledge is the most I'm lacking since I'm too lazy lab other characters for their strings and frame data. I usually just end up knowing things by watching and listening to the commentary in the pro scene.
Hadn't played tekken since 4 (always been a Paul player since 1). Picked up 7 in Feb and just cracked purple a couple of days ago. Thanks for the videos learned a lot.
@ All my green rank and below peeps,
It's ok. 😤👊🏾
nozomi.minaj lol scrub
11 years scrub tekken aint for u took me 2 years for mighty ruler
Im a vindicator and i have to admit this video really cheers me up ;)
I get bored of ranked, im at fighter atm but you just vs the same characters over and over,
law
paul
lili
king
-_-
jnw85 You forgot Bryan.
Yeah those are everywhere! There are some characters you literally never see online, I wonder why. I mean even at lower ranks
jnw85 At least that means I don't really have any mirror matches. Nothing feels worse than getting schooled by someone using your main.
I main Paul lol
Nero The hedgehog Eddy is noob tho. He may be a bit unpredictable at times, but frame data is his biggest enemy. He has lots of high frame moves/combos and is therefore quite easy to punish. Just don't play too aggressively against him. Let him come at you and punish the hell out of him
I was Savior (Eliza) before I moved to the PC platform. I'm really proud of myself, Especially at the time when I was playing 😔
I just got to initiator with kazuya, been playing since the game was released on steam
kunxv15 Nice, keep going man! Kazuya is hard to play so you can be proud if you reach higher ranks with him
initiator ftw!
Just picked up tekken a little over a month ago and i made it to warrior last night and have been really curious about how well i was actually doing (my friend who introduced me to the game is a purple rank). Feeling pretty good about myself right about now
This is season 1. Things have changed a lot since then.
Green rank is where you actually start to have fun cuz people aren’t trolling or cheesing you to death lol.
Let that sink in for a moment.
im fighter this video made me feel good :) specially after getting rekt by yellow ranks xD
I feel you friend, i was a fighter myself, had few promos to vanguard but got bad matchup, then got demoted to marauder ^^''' Oh well~
nawaf G I never got pass my Brawler with Josie... But I'm in a stage when I'm really starting to learn my matchups, right now I'm learning how to defend and punish Paul, after him Bryan and later Law... Those seem to be the most popular characters, after them I will slowly try to learn the rest of the roster.
ياهو يا نواف
nawaf G who gives a shit
Jonathan Ortiz rodriguez apparently you didn't read the comments edgelord.
You forgot to mention Tekken God. Only the TheMainMan reaches that.
knee reached that 2 years ago
I’ve been floating between Vanguard and Warrior for awhile and honestly I’m comfortable there. I’m not getting blown up constantly or facing easy opponents all the time. Not that it matters to anyone but I think that’s a decent rank for a player like myself.
Damn, didn’t even include blue ranks man
I'm savior with Lucky Chloe (she's not my main, I stopped playing ranks with her because I wanted to try other characters lol). Probably I reached that 'level' thanks to you, with all your video of TTT2. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you, keep it up!
DEV1IL96 o
Destroyer in Tag 2, can't get past Juggernaut cuz of lag on PS4. Thanks Harada
Lmao
SupahFro64 not his fault people play on wifi and that ps4 is shit
Yes, blame Harada for problems he has no control over
I hit Vanquisher recently, now I feel a bit better but still, my goal is Seiryu and yaksa :S
Holy fucking shit
I already knew Aris and TMM were beasts, but DAMN
And they can't even win international tournaments yet...
Mainman can you do a lee b+2 guide? The character is not used a lot and i believe that this skill is what scares people from lee. Thanks!
Is getting to destroyer with gigas at 600 wins good?
dboypompeyreturns Orange in general is good but I'm just a vindicator Paul lol.
cool video and concept.
Just got super duper brawler status with paul but i like player match more competition is better
