So if you give him any money for the house and he puts it in his account and pays, there is basically no proof that you give him any money if you do. So in the split the house would go to him. Is your name on the deed? If not, you didn't buy it together, HE bought it with your help. If it is, you are protected. Making payments does not equate with ownership. He can claim that he made all the payments, but you can claim payed utilities. Keeping separate accounts is something all non-married couples should do.

I don't need him for the purpose of not being alone.
First story: the OP's ex boyfriend has shown his true colors and both him and his new girlfriend have gotten what they deserve regardless of how wrong it is, Story 2: the OP's parents should use birth control and be done with it plus they should not expect their older children to give up their inheritance to take care of their new sibling because that's not their responsibility to do so and never will be down the line.
