  • Eggs are a nutrition powerhouse and have proved that they contribute immensely to improve factors associated with glycemic control and Insulin Sensitivity. However, the fear of having eggs due to the evil tag of cholesterol still looms at large. It's high time to crack the cholesterol myth and see evidence and science backed health benefits of eggs.

    He is one such person who changed my life... I lost 21 kg, I was prediabetic who so many health issues... Just changed my habbits as per his videos nd it gave me huge benefits.. And for my mother who use to have hba1c around 10 is having hba1c of 5.7 now...to us he is an angel of God.

      @@harryk.3003 Follow his videos from 1 till date... I started my journey on 3rd feb this year nd achieved my target in may... My mother started in March... So be consistent in following him.. He is an excellent coach.. I m in his health group, joined him vai u tube only... Don't worry.. Stay focussed

    Hi Gautam,Thanks for cracking the myth like cracking an egg. It’s worth to mention that 1 egg has only almost 1gm of carbs and calories wise 2 boiled eggs have only 145-150 calories. It means it’s a win win situation for calories and carbs and less time consuming. Actually on keto diet, 6 eggs per day are ok.

    Comprehensive video covering all aspects of nutrition with regard to eggs, sir. What is the best way to consume eggs ie full boiled, raw or omelette?

      Anything less raw. Boiled is the best. Other forms are fine if the oil for cooking etc are fine.

    Great Video !!
    Need your help on diabetes reversal, My current HBA1C is 6.1 which came down from 9.8 in 6 months by exercise and diet only. My only concern or doubt is my PP suger which is varying between 170-230.
    Request you to advice on that.

      Hope you haven't reduced or left your medicines early. Please see video 28 and 29 once.

      @@gautamguha71newdelhi Sir I was never on medication. Reduced it with diet and exercise. Only concern is PP suger, rest everything is fine. I will watch both videoes again. Thank you !!

      No - not for reversal phase. They will be reintroduced later in consolidation and stabilisation phase.

      Yes can and should consume daily. Any brand which has the mother. Dabur, wow, Bragg's, etc

    Sir plz tell me ...should I have brown bread ? And what's the best way to consume eggs...boiled or omelette , I have one more query ..how to eat sprouts...people say we shall never have sprouts in morning time but we shall have them during lunch or dinner ...is it true ? Also make a video on Dal's ...which one to eat and which one to avoid

      It's in vegetables too - that's a different aspect all together. We need to choose the best that we can afford.

      Just stop wheat and all gluten products. Stop glucose in simple and refined forms, stop trans fats, increase omega 3 and fibre from say psyllium husk and veggies - and then walk up to your doc confidently after 4-6 weeks ! There will be a marked improvement in your overall cholesterol reports.

    Sir, this is true with only organic eggs or commercial eggs also ? There is a lot of news that the eggs we get these days are from antibiotics and injections. Plz clarify

      Results matter ! We can't choose too much ! Desi organic and grass fed will always have better nutrients. Holds true for all foods. Pesticide injected vegetables also...
      But commercial eggs are also fine.

      Kasrat aur harkat agar kar rahe ho to 4-5 ande ! Average 2-3 eggs are good per day.
