Will never be another voice like Scott had he was so good and touched millions of us thru his music , Sending a prayer for you Mrs. Weiland and thanks for sharing this will us all !
One of my all time favorite Artists... He had the complete package... He gave himself and his talents to the World 🌎... I still enjoy watching his music videos and seeing him shimmer acrossed the stage.
Scott Weiland is a TRUE ICONIC ROCKSTAR! NO ONE will Ever replicate his vocals or his AMAZING stage presence..Before You judge --look at yourselves...Everybody has "something." He was a fantastic talent....Rest in Paradise Scott...and Jaime--I'm sure his arms are always hugging you tight...Lose the judgmental people not worth it.❤
Heartbreaking. Scott and STP were part of many people lives, including me. The man was out of this planet, like she said. Not only huge talent but, very charismatic and intelligent. Rest in peace Scott. My sincere condolences to the widow, family and friends. Thanks for the interview
I was at one of his last shows and I remember people in the audience saying "someone should stop this and get him home and get him help" because he was so clearly out of it...something was very wrong. we felt guilty even being there watching it. I was lucky to see him in 93, 94, 2000, 2010 when he was absolutely in top form and he was fucking brilliant and that 2015 show was heart breaking. He will always be one of my favorite front men and I feel sorry for his widow.
Thank you Adika and Jamie for this heartfelt interview. Scott is still my favorite frontman. Such talent and a very sad story. It still breaks 💔 my heart even after almost 9 years. Damn right, Scott and STP belong in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!! Sending hugs to Jamie, I am deeply sorry you have gone through this. I still cry every time his birthday and death come around. I always post how much I miss him. Tiny Music is a brilliant album...RIP ##scottweiland.
Along with Brian Connolly from The Sweet and Robin Zander of Cheap Trick, Scott Weiland, in my eyes, is right, alongside these two other greats of all time frontmam.
Jamie, Thank you for loving Scott as much as it is felt from this Vlog. He has rested with your sweet soul entwined with his and that brings much comfort to the fans. Scott is a Rock legend and perhaps the last one of all the greats. His passion for being a creative and the human condition is a heavy gift and he expressed that onus through the musicianship he developed and lived for. RIP Scott, you are loved and missed by us mere mortals here on Earth 🌎. Stay strong Jamie and peace be with you. Thank you Stefan for posting this interview for all who love and miss Scott Weiland. ♥️🙏🏽🤘🏽✌🏽
Thank you for being so open about this traumatic experience. Hopefully this can help others going through similar issues. 🙏 So greatful I was able to see Scott with STP and Velvet Revolver. Thank you again for this interview! 🙏
This interview is so very sad, Scott was an amazing talent and a rock star in every sense of the word. He commanded the stage like a young David Bowie, he was so super talented. I had seen his show with The Wildabouts in NY at The Gramacy Theatre 2 weeks before he died and even at the show he didn't seem right and he wasn't the amazing singer and showman that night. I was lucky to have seen him live 4 times, once with Velvet Revolver and twice with STP and than the Wildabouts, but I'd rather remember him for the STP shows and Revelover shows. Rest in peace Scott, you left way too soon.
This interview was AMAZING. Especially knowing about Subutex. That confirms too me he wasn't a junkie when he died. Since I have been on subutex and its an antagonist. What a warrior his widow is!!
I had 2 blocked heart arteries one 99 and the other 100%. I was rushed to ER for emergency stent surgery. I made it at 65 yrs, and I just wish Scott wasn't alone he would still be here. I'm so sad he passed this way so f'ng sorry😢
Jamie, we all appreciate your candor & humbleness sharing the life of Scott. He inspired so many with his AMAZING talent may he rest in peace and his music forever remain in our hearts & memories.
I recently started breaking up my stage time between guitar/vocals and being a lead singer and he was the first one I looked up to learn something about that. I don’t even know why but instinctively I knew he was an amazing front man so thank you Scott, RIP ❤❤❤
Scott was one guy that with his passing, i actually cried and i still think of Scott alot. I live in San Diego Ca and got to see STP at a bar in Pacific Beach back when the Album was the Cassette to have in your truck radio. Scott was an Amazing song writer and i dont have to mention Stage apperance. I,ll never forget him. I play guitar and jam the tunes everyday to this day. Im 60 yfs old and he was such a big part of my life because his words just related to what was going on in my life and i just feel he was going tbiught the same thingd as me. He a Scorp. Noone says anything about it. Im a Scorp too. Almost to the fuc kin day. So when you cried at the start of this, i did to. Too many didnt vive him the credit that he deserves. People talkin shit about him. You know who im talking about. Anyways. Love you, just try and breathe. When he sings about Angles on Velvet album. Get me everytime. Beautiful song Beautiful man. RIP my friend.
This is good. I have 20 seconds of a show they did in Nashville in February. Joey was a great drummer also. 2/10 Scott sounded so good. He could sing like a bird. I miss them. I’m glad I saw him with Jeremy. The first guitarist. I take Suboxone also. It works great for me . 9 years no opiates 12 no alcohol. Thank you for sharing this. RIP Scott.
I saw STP in Buffalo, NY 25 some years ago.... Amazing band... SW - a lyrical genius... some people enter the room and the axis shifts... the air is different... the alarm clock sound different the next day.... a ham sandwich is never the same....
He looked really sad and a shade of his self in that last interview..such a shame he never had a medical on his heart and circulation. chain smoking heroin and drinking took its toll on his body..it was only a matter of time really. hopefully hes at peace now. i wonder if anybody has done a channelled session with him in the afterfife on here? amanda ellis is an extremely excellent channel snd shes on here
Weiland had a great voice and was the prototypical classic frontman. Unfortunately, many music fans will only remember him as a grunge copycat/also-ran. He deserves better.
Mrs. Weiland I'm so sorry for your loss of your husband Scott Weiland, he's a great front-man singer for the years with Stone Temple Pilots, his solo albums & with Velvet Revolver! He's a great man & great loss to fans & all his family members! Jim Greszczuk
Tabloid mentality is a worldly plague, sadly. People like dirt no matter true or not. Stay strong Jamie And God Bless. Scott was an incredible vocalist.
Smart Lady. She shldn't feel too bad, the music industry isn't always fair to the well deserved. The Jacksons never got a Grammy. It's tough out there for musicians. I think she's talking abt Chris Cornell & Chester Bennington. But i'm not sure.
RRHOF struggles for integrity. People want it to really mean what it's supposed to mean but they just don't live up to their name. The live version of Plush went out as a single it was sung so damn good. Any singer that can succeed in multiple bands and have a thriving solo career just beat 95% of the superstar singers. Scott should go in on his own.
It doesn’t matter to many- but she said in an interview - she would go bananas- because Scott never went to the kids concerts, performances, rehearsals.etc……. He just wasn’t interested…… her words verbatim
He was forced to work,non-stop to pay all the ex women he had and kids. He talked about it in interviews. There was no way he could keep up with the payments unless he toured nonstop. Just if he could have just stayed by himself and not so,needy fo women in his life he could have took it easy and stayed in an apartment. But he lived it up and assumed all the bills of women that didn’t earn their own way in life,,but lived off this guy.
Anyone who brings a child into this world is responsible for raising and providing for them. If you choose not to raise them and dump your responsibility onto someone else, you are responsible for providing for your child. If you don't want that responsibility, don't have unprotected sex. Your responsibility for your child doesn't go away if you're not in a relationship with the mother/father. Scott was an adult. He made the choice to have kids/unprotected sex. He made the choice to do drugs. He knew the costs of his actions. If he had to work to pay his bills and uphold his parental responsibilities - _like everyone else does_- plus pay for his expensive drug habit, that's on him and no one else.
Damn Scott was a difficult person to help. Surprised someone married him with all that debt and clearly severe addictions. But i guess there's always someone to fill those shoes or a Big empty. :/
He had too many drug enablers he looked very miserable in the last year of his life. Entire circle of family was toxic to each other seems like everyone is broken and weakened by addiction.
High on what? I mean if you just smoked a joint with him or something I wouldn't feel bad/beat myself up over it. And if it was something harder, hate to say it but it wasn't like he couldn't have said no. Hate to put it that way, just don't be hard on yourself over it. If he wanted to get high that bad he would've found it whether you supplied it to him or not
Will never be another voice like Scott had he was so good and touched millions of us thru his music , Sending a prayer for you Mrs. Weiland and thanks for sharing this will us all !
I can totally see how Scott Weiland fell in love with a woman like her so beautiful, so kind.
One of my all time favorite Artists... He had the complete package... He gave himself and his talents to the World 🌎... I still enjoy watching his music videos and seeing him shimmer acrossed the stage.

c'mon - he was just another rock singer - more successful than many - calm down
Well said friend 💛
Scott was an amazing performer/artist and listen to STP all of the time. “Sour Girl” is one of my favorite songs. ❤ They are a legendary rock band.
Heartbreaking. Scott and STP were part of many people lives, including me. The man was out of this planet, like she said. Not only huge talent but, very charismatic and intelligent.
Rest in peace Scott. My sincere condolences to the widow, family and friends.
Thanks for the interview

He will always be one of my favorite front men and I feel sorry for his widow.
You saw him at the height of his powers. Very envious. First time i saw him was March 2010 Chicago and i consider myself very lucky for that.
He had to work to pay bills and his ex-wife. He talked about it.
Seen the man 3 times in concert. A legend.
Thank you. Much appreciated. Lots of love from England.
You are so welcome! 🙏
He’s what I give the definition of a true rock frontman

Thank you for your heartfelt message. Scott was truly a legend and his music will live on forever.
He was one of a kind. A tortured soul and so talented! His music lives on!
He’s a great singer! It doesn’t matter how he died! Why do people judge…. ✌🏼
💯💯💯
Love Her !!! She deserves So Much More🌹
Thank you for being so open about this traumatic experience. Hopefully this can help others going through similar issues. 🙏 So greatful I was able to see Scott with STP and Velvet Revolver. Thank you again for this interview! 🙏

She needs to write a book as well.
This interview was AMAZING. Especially knowing about Subutex. That confirms too me he wasn't a junkie when he died. Since I have been on subutex and its an antagonist. What a warrior his widow is!!
I think what you mean is that it is an opioid agonist, not “antagonist”.
Actually, it’s a part partial agonist lol
Very classy interview 👊😎

Love the song interstate love song. Only recently heard the acoustic version and man oh man what a love song!!

I have always given Scott props as a frontman
All the greats from the same time period, Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley, Scott Weiland and then Chris Cornell just a little later.
Although I was in my 30's when I first heard stp ..I became an instant fan..,what an awesome voice man....Scott was /is one of a kind.👍
Scott was one of the best front men of all time! He was incredibly charismatic and had the vocal talent to back it up!!

I loved Scotts voice , Unfortunately some people are not meant to grow old , Demons get stronger the older you get
Super sympa, du coup bientôt la Mille Miglia en sujet?

There’s often a fine line between genius and madness, a lot of bipolar people are very intelligent and creative
Stefan.. how old is this interview? cos SW has been gone nearly 9 years.... not about 7..
It was taped in Dec 2022 in our members only club
Damn Scott was a difficult person to help. Surprised someone married him with all that debt and clearly severe addictions. But i guess there's always someone to fill those shoes or a Big empty. :/
He sure did have a rough one.
Waar waren al ze vrienden ,collega's, familie .weer een grote ster naar de klote. Het is triest en na hem zijn er nog meer gegaan..
😢
He had too many drug enablers he looked very miserable in the last year of his life. Entire circle of family was toxic to each other seems like everyone is broken and weakened by addiction.
I am so sorry to get high with him a short time before his death. It is something i regret and will take to my grave.
