I have been doing this video along with other videos added in for 3 months now. I have lost 35 pounds!!! I've tried other standing ab videos that are apartment friendly and none of them I can find in the vastness of RUclips compare to this one. I keep coming back to it and notice the difference when I have gone 2 weeks without doing this video, I'm not even kidding! I also rarely leave comments on RUclips but I wanted to thank you persoanlly MIZI for changing my life. I also want to add that I wear 5 pound ankle weights and incorporate 5 pound dumbells into almost every move. Love it! Can you make more like this? Thanks again! Edit* I forgot to add that I have endometriosis and this video significantly helps my pain!!
