True nobleman strive through darkness & becomes the emblem of light as well as hope 👍
Superb! Thank you for this background!
he's not a villain, he's more like anti-hero type
Yes but he kills without hesitate for greater good maybe anti-villian ?
He's a narcissist. Good and evil are irrelevant to him, he has a Plan, and it is Perfect (or so he thinks). He will always make mistakes at crucial points, then blame others for his own mistakes. He looked at possible futures, but his search was limited to futures that fit his preconception: either they accepted his rule and it became Doom's paradise, or they fell into ruin.
He's Anti Villain he believes humanity will flourish and survive under his rule but he's a megalomanic and power hungry the only woman he thinks can be his queen is Sue Storm
@@SeedlingNL nah if he was any of that he'd be like cruel dictator, but he only wanted good for people. So with the great power comes great responsibility, he took the responsibility rightfully for good of mankind by eliminating corrupted governments ,instead of misusing his power like an actual narcissist. The real narcissists were those who brought suffering to him like mafisto and the people who brought oppression to his village.
He's a villian sure he may have good motives but he is a villian through and through
Love when these come out!
It's a shame that some people are so lazy that they'll just believe the 20th Century Fox dumb version of Dr Doom's origin instead of reading Marvel's real origin.
@@thewolverine2225 Did you not watch the video?
Thanks. Great story content. Really enjoy you channel
I can't wait for Mrvel to do the DOOM movie, I can wait decades for this
They will ruin it
@@ajlomax603 Considering Disney owns Marvel now, they will tone down his dark past and more funny humor.
@@carltasticdrew9633 I read part of the Dr Doom Script...it does Doom justice.. without spoiling it...they use his origin story
Think Batman begins but if Bruce killed the criminal Ras told him killed Ras and the false Ras too and he took over the league of shadows
Great video :) I loved the length of the video
Seeing the badass and highly feared Dr. Doom doing Fortnite dances broke my heart a little.
I mean Doom is theatrical
The only power greater than Doom's is capitalism...
Nowwww…
Thank you Marvel.
Doom 2099 is still one of my favorite takes on the character...!
Damn this was sick backstory. Really enjoyed the video
Doom is basically a good person in his own mind
Wow, I really love this storyline of Dr. Doom way better than the others of read or heard about.
It's become clear to me that many comic book villians are merely men who see the big picture and are proactive....both which are positive characteristics in my opinion.
The problem is when they force their ideals onto others.
@@kuunami agreed...forcing one's beliefs and ideas onto thers is villainous no matter who does it.
Awesome video!! I always thought Doom is the greatest villain of all time.
I want to see this story made in the mcu before he is introduced as a villain
I mean with a story this complex they either give him his own show or give him a movie
THIS WAS SO INFORMATIVE I ALWAYS THOUGHT DOOM ORIGINATED WITH THE FANTASIC 4 ....SUPER COOL GUY HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE FROM MY INTRODUCTION TO MARVEL COMICS
I hope Disney never touches him to be honest with how things are going in Phase 4. They would reduce him to something worse than they did with Thor.
I did not expect such a dark story... lol.
Man I'm so glad that he was able to finally save his mom.
thanks for the video
I'm new to this page and i love it!!! Thank you so much for the cinematic reading! Have you considered reading whole storylines? Such as yhe coming of Galactus, death of gwen stacy etc or would that be to time consuming? Either way thanks again.
The addition of the Egmont Overture by Beethoven is a great theme to have added to this storytelling
Frogware's Sherlock Holmes music in the background? Hell yeah. Also, fun fact. The suit Dr. Doom wears carries splinters of the true cross, the one Jesus died on. Why? To keep Dracula and others like him from getting near Doom.
Wow !!You are such a good story teller 👏👏👏👏💯
I think they missed the part where they explain why he's evil, because there is literally nothing evil about him in this video, this is the most selfless man i have ever scene.
Why is he evil
@@thewolverine2225 I don’t know, in the comics and most media his the villain, and now that I have scene his backstory I am confused on why that is
@@beelance25 he’s evil because as a child he was always marginalised as he was racially abused for being a gypsy he has brown skin Romanians with brown skin were always mocked his mother and father were brown his father was killed by a Romanian king and mother was abused by their people and she also got sent to hell that is where his hate for humanity grew he wanted to save his mother in doing so he wounded his face hence the mask
Well like the “perfect world” under Doom that was shown he needed to punish, kill, and threaten many people in order to create tolerance and unity. An authoritarian approach to peace. Many I’m sure would disagree with that, Richards, Xavier’s, and Avengers philosophy for example. An MCU example being Thanos who wanted to create a balanced world but needed to wipe out half the universe to do so. They have good intentions but catastrophic plans in conducting them
My Absolute favorite MCOC character. His Sp 2 is so insane and the character plays like you see him in a Kirby comic. Pure joy
And then you watch him in the movies. Tragic
Such a disgrace
Dude you make the story so deep I am now a bigger fan of your stream!!!
Best origin story in comics.
best explanation on youtube. New sub.
The best villians are the ones who see themselves as the hero.
This is the best video I have seen GOLD
Can you do the silver samurai
Hey man. How you doing? Missed you.
Dr. Doom is the coolest looking character in marvel
Gambit
Nice use with the exploding part
