I’ve learn so much watching these videos. I’m baffled as to why there are so many audit videos showing Officers who clearly has no knowledge of the law, violating the rights of citizens and yet there has been no changes to Law Enforcement at all. There are some good cops but 95% of them are nothing more than ignorant bullies with a badge and gun.

But you gotta remember, cops revolve around criminals, so they got a mindset going. When you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Really Law Enforcement is a business that's bias to Govt, so unless average people start paying LE, nothing will change.
But apparently the ruling class are trying to change it, they want to basically track people 24/7, put cameras everywhere, and use robots and tracking to police society, and instead of going to jail, you get sequestered to your own house, like home arrest.

I'm baffled as to why there are so many people out there such as yourself that have not even read the Constitution.
And if you have actually read your Constitution don't comprehend that citizens, according to your Constitution have no rights.
Does ARTICLE IV SECTION 2 SAY?
The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Rights of the People in the several States. Of course not. The term "right" is nowhere to be found in ARTICLE IV SECTION 2.
"The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States."
Privileges and immunities is *not* synonymous with rights.
Maybe it is the lack of education in this country?
Is the term "citizen" written in any of the first ten amendments/bill of rights?

@@rentiap Article IV, Section 2 guarantees that states cannot discriminate against citizens of other states. States must give people from other states the same fundamental rights ( listed under the Bill of Rights and also noted as Natural Rights with in the U.S. Constitution) it gives its own citizens. For example, Arizona cannot prohibit New Mexico residents from traveling, owning property, or working in Arizona, nor can the state impose substantially different taxes on residents and nonresidents.
The real thing that Article IV Section II did was allow the return of slaves from non slave owning states to the states that owned slaves.
The fugitives from labor provision gave slave owners a nearly absolute right to recapture runaway slaves who fled to another state, even if slavery was outlawed in that state. This also meant that state laws in free states intended to protect runaway slaves were unconstitutional because they interfered with the slave owner’s right to the slave’s return. The adoption of Amendment XIII, which abolishes slavery and prohibits involuntary servitude, nullified this provision.
Perhaps you should incorporate the entire Constitution into your statement. The Bill of Rights addresses the People as individuals that are Citizens of the newly formed Republic. The Bill of Rights is the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution. It spells out Americans' rights in relation to their government. It guarantees civil rights and liberties to the individual whom is a Citizen.
Article I, Section 9. In the second and third clauses, the Constitution specifically guarantees rights to those accused of crimes.
Article 4 of the constitution protects citizens and states by the federal government.

Translation - I have suspicions about you, and I'm so deranged I believe I'm reasonable, so by my logic that is reasonable suspicion. I have such a poor grasp on the law I think "reasonable suspicion" is the title of a crime, and that's the crime I've stopped you for. Now fulfill my personal desires.

    • @bigboyhf
      @bigboyhf 2 года назад

Perfect example of misconstruction of “reasonable suspicion”. It’s reasonable articulable suspicion for a reasonable. There must be articulable real facts that have been observed or obtained by investigation before a detention is lawful. Plain old suspicion as clearly was the case here does not cut it. I’m not sure if this was the case that actually spelled that out. And even an investigatory detention requires an actual crime. Suspicious activity in of itself is not grounds for even an investigatory detention as far as I know. The investigation has to be done first to determine if there is a crime. If so then they can proceed.

And sadly even if he knows that he's a hundred percent wrong the amount and type of punishment that cops get for being wrong Ludacris compared to the violations they commit. In any other profession in the entire world if you were to smash a handcuffed kids face into the concrete you would get fired and spend the next twenty years paying off the lawsuit. But in the u.s. you spend seven years with the government using infinite money to fight the lawsuit and then the government ends up paying lawsuit for you when you lose. And your punishment was to get 10 days of unpaid suspension for costing the government unknown hundreds of thousands of dollars and manpower to fight the lawsuit... and then you use the union to fight the 10 days of punishment to get even that removed so after seven years of fighting it you actually get no punishment at all. In fact you probably got out ahead because of overtime for all the court cases and everything involved with it. No joke this is a real story that actually happened just last decade.
