It’s quite fruity with the baffle in but not offensively so. Sounds like a Moto2 bike with it removed. I actually bought an MHP exhaust for it for quiet noise limited track days. I’m actually Looking to get db meter and do a review on this very subject.

Sounds lovely and looks good to. I was struggling to find an exhaust system that looked as though it wasn't an afterthought slung under the engine, and this meets my criteria, so I've gone for the same set-up. Thanks for posting, although my bank manager doesn't like you much right now lol
😂 thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. If it makes you feel better, mine is still recovering from last year too! 😂. Enjoy when the time comes! 👌😎
Thanks, yeah I've really gelled with this bike, it's so much fun. Congrats on your 900 though, also a great bike! Not sure there is such a thing as a bad bike now, is there!? Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hi can’t we fit it without the rubber spacer or cotton reel. Means directly. Where can we get the rubber spacer? Can it be brought from triumph showroom?
No, the angle of pipe as you can see, well not allow without a spacer. Instructions said to use the one from original exhaust, but mine didn't have one. This is what I bought and cheap from here : www.ebay.co.uk/itm/155513575148?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=fDLHgTOAQg6&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=ZGRAmTsKTsS&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Aside from the missing catalytic converter, are there any differences between the OEM header design and the Spark headers? Are the primary runner diameters the same between the 2? Appreciate all of the great content BTW!
Hi. Thanks for watching and commenting. I've just measured the standard headers at the down pipe from the manifold and the std pipes are 35mm. The spark headers are 42mm. Went with the spark headers as they have a connecting balance line like the standard headers across the 3 pipes. Speaking with the tuner, he was convinced this helps with the midrange performance.
Flush to the head no, but you're best working inside to out fitting them the best you can and certainly stick some grease or something on the small connector / balance lines to help you install it. Fitment was tight and they need to be able to slide side to side and adjust on to the head before tightening up, that's the only issue I had.
You dont Have to, but it's certainly recommended. Another video on the Channel for that and it's quite a significant improvement, but didn't actually feel that bad without. Considerably better after though. Installed rapidbike evo module and used auto tune after this, then had it custom tuned after that.
@@enigmajourney6367 No, not really. Slight vibration through pegs and bars at certain revs, but nothing I would call unusual. No worse or less than my Gsxr1000R did and that wasn't bad at all, just typical suzuki rawness really. Worst bike I've ever had for vibes was my 2018 S1000R through the bars, that was quite bad and made my fingers numb. By comparison, my Gsxs750 didn't vibrate at all and would say the 765 is no worse than the gsxs really. Have you experienced any issues or heard of any?
Well I'm asking because I barely bought a 2024 Triumph Street triple 765 rs and I notice I vibrates more that my Triumph Trident 660. But I guess it's the "characteristic" of that particular model. Also I do notice it has way more engine braking than my trident
Do you know roughly how many db is the exhaust? I have the new Zard racing full exhaust and it's very loud so I'm thinking of switching to Akrapovic.

What a beautiful bike. I would've gotten a 765 but Triumph dealers are scarce in my country. Opted for an 2022 XSR900.

@@twistandgo3414 amazing. Thanks for the detailed insight!
Hey, did you have any issues with having the middle pipe flush with the header? The sides fit flush but the middle one isn't fully flush...
