Always cover the tank when doing stuff like this, it's so easy to drop something on it and your tank finish is valuable

I got me a 24 TST Moto2. I have almost every accessory Triumph offers. This summer it will get a RACEFIT exhaust and if I can ever find one, a steering damper.
I’m having a hard time finding a company that makes one for a 24 moto2. They have the R and RS but they Mount to the risers, which the moto2 doesn’t have.
Got to sit on one at my local Triumph dealer. So nice.

That looks like the WORST place for a phone mount. And I kept wanting to see how much of the phone covers up where I would want to see the ignition, home and four way buttons. But you didn’t show it with the phone in, and then when you have the phone on the quad lock and pan around, you stop JUST before it shows if it blocks the buttons. May not be a big deal, or a big deal for everyone, but it would be nice to see it at all angles.
Got excited to see you ride the moto2. Was severely disappointed this was a 10+ minute long advertisement for quad lock. Hope you got paid at least

I'll stick to my steering stem mount. I don't care if it partially obscures the numbering. You can still see it when the phone isn't there, and I like having it centrally mounted in horizontal orientation, which wouldn't be practical with the brake/clutch clamp mount.
I have the quad lock all weather charger with anti vibration mount and the bar clamp. I have mine where that guy put his dookie mount.

Man is that a hot ride and I do love the new phone mount too, but Chase how did those Quard locks secure the phone against theft?
Why would you leave your phone on the bike when you're not there? Or are you worried about someone mugging you when you're on the bike?😂

Quadlock one hundred 💯 I use it on my bike. I do not trust any other mounting kit.
Btw, Triumph service manual refers it as top yoke not triclamp so neither is wrong

I dont understand the need to have a phone mounted on the bike, just carry it in my pocket....
That use to be my stance as well. Thou I'd carry my phone in a backpack with hydration. Then I started riding multiple day trips n having view of map app and view of music controls (beyond play/pause n skip) are very much wanted.
I have no idea why Triumph have to limit them, they aren't that pricey. I would trade in my 675 RS to get this but they are sold out before I know they exist. I may get V2 now. Stupid Triumph.
They limit them to spur demand and generate marketing of them.
they did the same with the Daytona. its a sick bike and theres a lot of demand for them, but triumph doesnt listen and makes us miss out.
You know there's a Daytona 660 coming? I'd hold off on that V2 til we see what that has to offer
@@303MoTo where'd you find that info? triumph, upon the release of the Daytona 765, said it was the last daytona they'll make.
@@303MoTo I read the topspeed article about the daytona 660, seems like a flop. same engine as the trident 660, so it'll make like 80 horsepower. the v2 makes 2x that amount of power. if I wanted a low cc sportbike id get an rs660. they should make another 765 or just bin the idea. sportbikes are for sport, not for running out of power past 100mph.
As much as I hate phone mounts on motorcycles, putting one on this bike at all is an absolute travesty! I have the white version of this bike and you can bet for sure, It will not have a gawdy looking phone mount on it all !

Cant believe freaking QUADLOCK ignorantly printed "dampener" on their packaging?? It is like if a picture frame company put "Pitcher frame" on their packaging! Or a beverage pitcher company used like "2 quart picture" on their PITCHER packaging....the ignorance just annoys the heck out of me .....seriously? We cant learn to simply us the right words when talking about our motorsickles?
