      That turned out super nice! I really like the look better after, I know Triumph was trying to mix it up a tad with the "new" look but the bike just kind of looked incomplete without the Fly Screen Kit. Nice work.

    Thanks for this, most professional. I adore my 2024 RS (in Red (much nicer :-) )), but the only part that feels unfinished like a Yamaha is this bit. I had the full fairing thingy on my 2016 model and don't really want the same on this. I have seen a little carbon filler on FB group that hides the back of the dash but keeps the shape of the little standard oojamaflip. But it's nearly £100 I think.

Is it just poor photos, or are there different tints? Thanks.

    • @FifthNorth
      @FifthNorth  9 месяцев назад

      No you would have to take it off to install the visor later, I guess technically if you had the right tools and small hands you could take the flyscreen about halfway off instead of all the way, and then do the install but you would run the risk of breaking/scratching something.

      @@FifthNorth Thanks dude. My first bike after 50 years is a Ninja 500. Perfect for me, but the wind becomes an issue pretty quick, like at 40mph. I really want a Triple 675 but I'm thinking the wind is going to be as bad or worse. You think?

    • @FifthNorth
      @FifthNorth  Год назад

      @@jonobester5817 from as far back as I can remember Ninja 500s have a full fairing right? So I would have to assume that the wind on any model Triple would be worse as it is a Sport Naked VS a Sport bike. As far as my street triple goes, I ride comfortably up to about 60mph, after that is when the wind starts to annoy me. With that said, I haven't yet had a chance to do any freeway riding with the new kit installed (have only been able to get up to about 55/60) so I can't say for sure if above 60mph is any better now with the kit.

    • @FifthNorth
      @FifthNorth  Год назад

      @@jonobester5817 I can understand all of your points, but even still I would say from most Ninjas that I have seen that front "fairing" and windscreen look taller than what I have now that the Fly Screen kit is installed so I would have to assume that it offers more wind protection, but to your point riding position does make a difference and so does the position of said screens....I guess long answer short is, I would assume that your Ninja has better wind protection because of the size of the windscreen/panel but no real way of knowing until you ride both and see how it feels to your size of body and riding position.
