    When Pete Rose got his 3,000 hits, it was fitting that Tony Perez, his ex-teammate congratulated him at first base. That was classic👍!

    That A's hot start would be surprisingly cooled off quickly. Weird to think they looked that good so early given their final record.

      I think they will finish 69-93 in 6th place. Go A's. I loved them as a kid in the 70's into early 90's.

      Actually, that is incorrect. This aired in May 1978. Thurman tragically was killed in a plane crash in Ohio in August 1979.

    Sorry gramps. Drugs and alcohol was more important than my dreams. I was too small but would have had a slightl chance had i dedicated myself! Love u see u soon enuf....time flies love while u can!
