I discarded that malevolent little troll without notice and blocked his ass. He waited almost a year before he vandalized my car, to the extent it was a total loss. I still stood my ground, with no contact, creating my paper trail with the police. Their hatred and determination for revenge is unrelenting.

This is exactly what I did 3 years ago - discarded a covert narc after 10+ years of "relationship", and never looked back, never reacted to the hoovers. I've done all those thing instinctively, without any research and education from gurus like Thea here, who really spells it out. I'm very grateful for your channel and your wisdom. Nobody wants to go thru this kind of physically and mentally torturous experience, but we did..let's make the best of it, and let's transform negative energy into positive..

My ex was obsessed with trying to get me in my feels, crying and in an emotional mess over him. I got sick and tired of him and walked away finally. My boundaries are so tight, he dosen’t know how to approach me. I have no intention of making it easy for him to approach me again. I’m glad he’s out of my life and l will never take him back. So he can plot and scheme in his own time, not in mine.

I know for sure that had it not for the Grace of God; after I put the dirty, disrespectful dog out of my apartment, after the discard, several yrs later, he hoover in an attempt to gain entry again! Had I taken him back, I know beyond any shadow of doubt, that my life would have been taken !!!

Remember,, what they say and what they do are two different things. The ultimate drop was when you discarded a very handsome or a very pretty narcissist during the love-bomb stage,,, let me tell you,, those demons inside of them are tearing them a new one. CONSTANTLY!👈 Not only that you moved on as if they didn't even exist. You healed and they couldn't smear your name without it backfiring in their face. They may have thought you were a narcissist.

The timing of this video is on point. Not only is everything you describe 100% true (I lived it, took him back 3x over a 5-1/2 year relationship with him living under my roof. Every “new start” ended up worse for me) but this weekend is my 1 year no contact anniversary after my FINAL discard. I had a terrible dream last night that I was mourning him again, just beside myself with heartbreak. He came walking up as if nothing happened. I ran to him, so desperate just to feel his arms around me again & press my face into his chest… He asked if he could come home. I said yes, crying tears of joy. It was sweet relief for about 30 seconds when, as he was still embracing me he began with the passive aggressive comments regarding how I never had the right to toss him out in the first place. My heart dropped and I suddenly realized I was in trouble / had angered him / was going to pay for it / had been here before at the crossroads of taking him back. I became overwhelmed with that old feeling of nervous anxiety & woke up… thankful that it was only a dream & grateful that I have my peace now. The dream was extremely vivid and disturbing.
Thank God it was a dream praise God 🙏

I discarded the narcissist and put him out of my place after hearing his first child died he expected me to come back it's a no from me no contact. I refuse to deal with any abuse from that evil doer ever again won't ever hear from me again

Elena...same for me. I left 4-1/2 years ago after 11 year live in relationship and had no idea what a narcissist was at the time. She tried hoovering over the last year by email on several occasions but I didn't respond to her. Found out she got married to NS within 5 months of my leaving her. The NS had just gotten divorced from his previous marriage and was afraid to be alone so he married her. He is in for a very rude awakening. A short encounter and I caught major red flags so I blocked him , dumped, no contact. He went nuts RAGING for weeks. Driving by my house, stalking, observing me on a date. Just caused his head to explode 🤯! Don’t EVER GO BACK for seconds. They are pure evil. Although I have to say it was funny af to see his childish actions.
