    The average person normally eats a mixture of complete protein (includes all 9 essential amino acids) and incomplete protein (lacks one or more of the 9 essential amino acids). Is the incomplete protein of no nutritional value for building and maintaining skeletal muscle? If not, then how are complete and incomplete proteins processed and absorbed by the body for their respective nutritional values?

      I think my question is that asked by majority of people. For example, if a person requires 120 grams of protein a day, can this be fulfilled by a combination of complete and incomplete proteins, or must this be fulfilled from only complete proteins?

      @@dragonesquire If this mixture of complete and incomplete proteins is what you can afford then rock on. I do the same and I have a very muscular body. I make a lot of soups, stews, chili, etc that are about half meat and half beans/lentils. It reall helps the food budget. I'm heavily into bodybuilding and this works well for me.

    Lab grown meat might eliminate animal cruelty. How about that?
