I learned a long time ago that it should be pronounced "brusquetta" but let me tell ya, if you pronounce it like that here in the US, people will say you're weird and pronouncing it all wrong. LOL. Lovely recipe, as always, Vincenzo!

Now I'll have some home sessions but at least I'm home and doing some cooking for myself again. Had some Italian chicken yesterday that had FLAVOR! I know it's difficult for an institution to season the food and they don't exactly have a lot to work with but one would think with all the complaints they receive they would at least try to put some spices and herbs in it! Good to be back after all this time.
