Before your channel, followed many other channels to reduce body waight and get fit but never able to achieve my body fat percentage for last 10 years. But in last 6 months, i have reduced 10 KG body wait and reached body fat percentage just below 20. Now i am confident that i can reach to 15 percentage and maintain below 20 always. Also increased muscle mass in last 6 months. I have been following what all you said in this video and all other videos. the way you are explaining, it gives confidence that anyone can get fit if that person is serious to get fit. 3. 15 mins incline treadmill with 15-20 incline level and speed around 5.
4. Daily rules of Life:
1. Walk 15 mins after big meals
2. Walk 15 mins after waking up (In Early morning sun)
3. You can also add a one zone 4 or 5 (VO2 Max) session a week to boost your cardiovascular health. 15-20 mins will be enough.
