    olympic atlene never uses whey powder from the supplement companies. Because it adds a lot of ingredients that are sometimes prohibited in certain disciplines.
    But most use powdered milk which is 2/3 less expensive and provides the same ratio, and sometime more... Than any product for mass gain!

    This video was made for me i feel like.
    Eating 5000 calories to 6000 cals is just plain miserable. I work and get over 20k steps a day plus exercise then my metabolism is off the charts

    Awesome tips. I actually just bought NOW whey protein isolate...have you tried and any thought? Thanks for sharing. As for carbs, how many grams does one need per day to gain weight ( im a hardgainer)?

      I would shoot to eat 300-500 calories above maintenance to gain weight. Check out my videos on bulking for hardgainers (it’s a playlist on this channel)

      I use a little $25 ninja blender , it works perfectly! I even throw my bcaas in there too to give it flavor

      you could. but if you have ever worked out very hard, the thought of eating something then is less than pleasurable. and worse than sugar, how so?

      @@j2fit I'm always starving after a workout. And Maltodextrin has been proven to cause inflammation in the guy. It doesn't upset my stomach, but I've read many reviews that claimed maltodextrin caused them gastrointestinal distress.

      @@brandon9638 Not for me, and many others. I’m sure some people can’t handle it, just like any food can be problematic for a certain person. do you want, but it’s hard to argue with the performance enhancing abilities of an intro workout carb. There are many different sourse, so you can shop around and do research.

      Most likely you dont need excess calories if you are overweight and trying to lose weight. Carbogains is just a source of carbs...

      eating more calories does, and these along with that, and trainnig harder, will do that yes.
