If you wanna get sups get the following: Beta-Alanin, Betaine, NAC, Magnesium-Theorate, D3, K2, Creatine, Citrullin, Zinc-Histidin, a pea protein powder (if you don't want to live on shrimp, salmon and beans), a good omega 3 and 6 sups (DHA/EPA, AA forms respectively) since while 6 is cheap to get from like eggs, 3 eggs still have 500mg~ cholesterol and just unecessary lipids that your body has to deal with. Other things don't make sense rn apart from Boswellic acid maybe but nobody is truly sure about it and the lab dosages you will simply be unable to get. You easily get your vit c with just eating 250g of raw broc, omegas with salmon and wild meat since they are ultra low cholesterol, shrimps if you ain't about eating a ton of beans since shrimps weirdly are pure phytocholesterol. Caffein makes zero sense because it constricts your arteries, it actively reduces your bodys ability to bring nutrients to your muscles and body. Nitrate is an idea but 200g carrots has more than youll need. A diet ain't hard to put together, Chromometer is fairly accurate but deffo is off like 15% of the time in soke aspects
Hey man can you make a video on stretching routine for flexibility and unlocking tight muscles , thanks bro. I didn’t mean before lifting guys , I meant in general for people with a tight lower body that causes them to have back pain and what not
The main thing with protein shakes (whey/soy/pea/etc) isn't that they will help build muscle, because they likely won't, but they are LEAN. Whole foods can get you the same protein amount, but there's generally significantly more calories per gram of protein intake from those whole foods. For example, you might choose a chicken thigh, and saute it in some oil... That's 28g of protein, about the same as most protein scoops, but it's 240 ish calories. Whereas that scoop of protein is 120 or so. And it's an even bigger difference if you're looking at high calorie meats like ground beef. So when you're bulking and trying to get that calorie surplus, just eat the food. Crush those micronutrients, eat lots of meats and veggies and get the fiber and enjoy life. When you're cutting down, keeping that protein up at 0.8-1.2 g/lb can be hard in a deficit. For a 200lb person, 200g of protein is already 800 calories, and when dieting hard that could be over a third of your calories. And if you try to get that with 80/20 beef, it's all of your calories for the entire day. So when you look at protein powder don't think "gains" think "lean" and it will work.

The fat-burners and other supplements being touted on late-night infomercials are often full of hype, which is why you should read online reviews carefully before you buy. Taking one supplement isn't likely to make a huge difference, anyway. What does matter is improving your diet and exercise habits overall so that you burn more calories throughout your day. When it comes down to fat loss and muscle gain, taking a pill doesn't really work miracles-the real miracle worker is your body. And that's what these supplements are supposed to help maximize: not just weight loss but all of your body's natural processes in regards to fat burning and muscle growth.* *Always consult with a doctor or physician before starting any type of supplementation routine.
Nothing new here. Moreover, the problem I have with every one of the supplements you've mentioned is that they're workout performance enhancers. Whether it's creatine, caffeine, or beta alanine, these things allow you to merely get "more reps" during your training. But muscles don't grow during training; they grow when resting between training sessions. Therefore, the only things that can enhance muscle growth are supplements (or drugs) that accelerate protein synthesis and, thus, recuperation FROM training. You can take overly-hyped supplements that give you better "workout performance" for months and end up actually retarding your muscle gains. This is because improved rep/volume performance can actually necessitate greater inter-workout recuperation demands, which none of these supplements address. You'd do better with phosphatidic acid or a daily hefty dose of L-leucine.

There's a lot of talk out there about creatine and it's relationship with hairloss... How true is this?... As someone who loves their hair that kinda scared me off cause even if it's just the slightest chance I'd prefer to not take it
It’s nothing to worry about, nothing more than a myth. There’s no evidence it’s just one study showed that taking creatine increases DHT (involved in balding) in some men. The men that had more DHT had family histories of losing hair at young ages. The findings of the study have never been replicated so there’s nothing to suggest that creatine does increase DHT or make you lose hair. Nothing to worry about especially if none of the men in your family have lost their hair early on (this is all from memory, search YT if you’d like more details)
No studies to prove that since creatine is made of 3 amino acids, why the hell would it cause hair loss? Bodybuilders lose hair because they use steroids like Tren which cause hair loss. Also going into a big caloric deficit can cause Hypothyroidism which results in hair loss.

the best method for gaining muscle is to make sure to keep creating progressive overload. every month or less, keep increasing the intensity when you are able to handle it. this is to keep it simple and easy for anyone to understand, progressive overload builds muscle over time. You also want to make sure you are performing each exercise with a good technique and contracting a much as possible. and of course, your nutrition is important.
I have been vegan for 7 months, and I am having trouble by knowing what supplements should I be taking for muscle growth. Finding the right supplement for my body type is very difficult for me to find.
“Vegan whey” has high leucine content similar to normal whey protein powder and is considered just as effective of a protein source so I would recommend that. That being said, if you get all your protein from plant based sources it might be lower quality but you can make up for that by just taking more of it.

Yes it sure can. Research proves it provides thumb recovery and enhanced pasty pale skin tone and finally a massive boost of estrogen for the elite beta male gamers.
I’ve never gotten a straight answer on how much protein I need to build muscle. I am 5’8, weigh 135lb, male. I usually get around 90-100 grams a day. Is this enough?
1.8 - 2.2 grams per kg of bw seems to be best rule of thumb from research on this topic. You're just shy of 61kg so about 110-135 grams per day is recommended. Though I always shoot for the higher end because it can't hurt.
I’d recommend going for the size you’re wanting. I’m 180 rn, but I’m aiming for 200+. 210-220g of protein a day is what I want to strive for as a regular assumption rate.

Pre workout has to be the BEST supplement to use the fitness / bodybuilding.. great energy, focus and pumps !! What more can you want ! 🤩🤩🤩
0 evidence backing this
You definitely don’t know anything abt pre workout💀
Creatine
BCAA ( Leucine, valine, isoleucine)
Glycine (sweet amino acid , hehe )
NAC (N-acetylcysteine) + vitamin C
And of course Vitamin B Complex and Magnesium
“Save caffeine for workouts where you need the extra kick” he said as if I didn’t already require 400 mg daily to not be a hostile prick
I felt this 😂
Hey that rhymes!!
😂😂😂 Yeah. Me too
Im excited to take creatine.. after 1 lift of 10 reps my muscles just give up...
These are exactly the supplements I use! I also experiment with Taurine, however.
Don't you think that their is enough Taurin in meat, dairy and eggs already tho?
@@mikeyvesperlick6982 Not if you are doing medium intensive workouts for long periods of time such as cycling and swimming. Kind of like with Creatine, there is a lot in meat, but it's not enough if you are doing intense activities. There have been trials suggesting Taurine helps, although results vary and experts are split with this one. There is no consensus on this, the jury is still out.
The same is not true with BCAA's, however. There is plenty in your whey protein supplements.
@@andreykashin1729 Creatine ain't that hard to get imo but people want to have more versatile diets
I hope sir you review a brand of supplements.
Honestly, I eat creatine, whey protein, and a t booster. 70% of my protein comes from food, seafood, chicken, peanuts among other things. I eat healthy. And I get all the gains I want. It's amazing how much of a change your body will go through when you eat healthy and workout.
I started a very similar routine 2.5 months ago, also take BCAA’s. Have been amazed at how quickly I’ve seen results. Always been in good shape as a runner, but wanted to start building muscle. 60-120minutes a day of exercise. Makes a huge difference
I was told to get an isolate whey protein supplement instead of whey protein. Pls let me know which is better to gain muscle and weight.
@@marco7838 everybody I know uses whey protein because it's fast acting, casein protein good for at night time because it's a slow-acting protein and stays in your body and absorbed while you're sleeping. But right after workout whey protein be your best choice
@@magical8013 so you’d suggest buying whey protein rather than whey protein isolate to consume after my workout?? I was told to get isolate as it has more protein than whey.
@@marco7838 I've always use whey protein, and eat 6 times a day. I was down to 195 lb 6 months ago, now I'm up to 2:30. I don't have any workout videos or anything, I just work out. But whey protein, creatine and a good BCAA. And making sure my body has the right amount of carbs protein and other nutrition it needs every 4 to 5 hours you can feel your body needing it. If you do that you're going to put on muscle no matter what
Do one with Dr. Stoppani
Great info! Caffeine and Creatine are staples in my routine and those last few and extra reps that these supplements you’ve listen give you is what really makes the difference in hypertrophy. In my opinion at least. Thanks for the content 💪
It is all about in the mind. Bunch of rookies. I lift naturally for 20+ years. Just regular food. Never tried or used any types of enhancements. Ripped and stronger than 99% of the dudes at the gym. Yall get brainwashed by sponsors and athletics telling you that you need to use their products to make gains. That screams Ignorance.
You'd do better with phosphatidic acid or a daily hefty dose of L-leucine.
already been taking the first 3... i guess im kinda doing things right!
What was your progress like since taking them?
Thanks for being honest. People need that..

So are you guys taking creatine and beta alanine on your off days aswell?
yes
My current routine if you care:
25mg Zinc/Day (Morning)
400mg Magnesium/Day (Evening)
1250mg Omega3 Fishoil/Day (Morning)
6g Creatin/Day (Morning)
750mg Ashwaganda(10% Withanoliden)/Day (Evening)
20000 I.E. Vitamin D3/Week (Morning)
What do you guys take?
What about Beta-Alanin?
@@iche9373 I did take it, but i currently cycle off of it. I think the effect wasnt worth it, since i usually dont train over 15 reps per set. Also it got more expensive. First time i got 1kg for just 10€, now its more like double that.
You might as well just take steroids

As a gym enthusiast, I'm all about peanut butter. It's my protein-packed go-to for energy. However finding one without harmful additives was a challenge until I tried Alpino Peanut Butter. It's all-natural-no preservatives or added sugars, just pure goodness. Perfect on bread for a low-calorie treat. Gym lovers and everyone else, this is the one for all your nutrient needs, with a delicious, creamy texture that's hard to beat! @AlpinoHealthFoods

What about Citrulline? I heard it's more useful than beta alanine when bulking.
Hey man, L-citrullin has also a great effect, and taken before the workout. It widens your blood vessels, therefore a better blood/oxygen supply for the muscles!
Greetings Vitality

citrulline malate creatine and taurine would all be good for bulking good as a pre workout and that citrulline malate also helps the magic stick guys, try it
I've heard that too
@@ivid4fun97 Taurine is mostly used to allow bound nutrients into the blood which normally shouldn't be there which is great for creams and shampoos but it ain't doing much unless you vegan, even then it's questionable
I took creatine for a long time. Went to the doctor to get a blood draw and it wouldn't flow. Doctor's first question was if I took creatine. Stopped cold turkey that day.
We’re drinking loads of water? Also, were you cycling creatine?
if it wasn't "flowing" you be dead.
So what brands are we looking for??

There's a lot of talk out there about creatine and it's relationship with hairloss... How true is this?... As someone who loves their hair that kinda scared me off cause even if it's just the slightest chance I'd prefer to not take it
watch more plates more dates video on it
It’s nothing to worry about, nothing more than a myth.
I have lost mine after 12 months of using. Bald head now

the best method for gaining muscle is to make sure to keep creating progressive overload. every month or less, keep increasing the intensity when you are able to handle it. this is to keep it simple and easy for anyone to understand, progressive overload builds muscle over time. You also want to make sure you are performing each exercise with a good technique and contracting a much as possible. and of course, your nutrition is important.
what protein powder and brand are good for gaining weight for skinny people:)
Great vid!!! Calcium is also a great supplement! Helps with muscle contraction
Yeah, but you gotta be careful with that because calcium excess can cause stones and calcification of something like kidney stones.

I’ll stick to dbol anavar and test. Thanks.

I’ve never gotten a straight answer on how much protein I need to build muscle. I am 5’8, weigh 135lb, male. I usually get around 90-100 grams a day. Is this enough?
0,8-1,0g of protein per kg of bodyweight
1.8 - 2.2 grams per kg of bw seems to be best rule of thumb from research on this topic. You're just shy of 61kg so about 110-135 grams per day is recommended. Though I always shoot for the higher end because it can't hurt.
@@peterslaf13 I will try to increase my intake by a good 20 grams thank youu
You need 1 gram per pound of body weight
I’d recommend going for the size you’re wanting. I’m 180 rn, but I’m aiming for 200+.
210-220g of protein a day is what I want to strive for as a regular assumption rate.
