    Serious mass 2 scoops a day for a few months ive finally been able to put on weight went from 135 to 150 in about 3 weeks (coulda ate more, even missed a few days on shakes) I think its good!

    Weight gainer has always been the only way for me to put on mass. Super fast metabolism and impossible for me to get enough calories from food alone, even when I eat six meals a day and eat until I'm damn near in a food coma EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I take a wide variety of weight gainers with different flavors and different nutritional profiles as well as digestive enzymes with every meal.
    Especially when it comes to eating vegetables, I need digestive enzymes to be able to digest them properly. Life of a hard gainer.

      Its because you actually hit the calorie goal you need. I’ve learned that though i thought I was eating a lot more than i was. Track your calories every day and you’ll notice you arent in a caloric surplus

      @@jacobbaysinger28 for starting out if you’re trying to bulk i’d suggest the serious mass from optimum nutrition. take it after every workout, and on off days. when in the gym focus on quality > quantity reps, compound workouts, and good sleep.

    The only reason Im looking into mass gainers is because I just had braces put on.
    Im all time hungry, but I can eat only soft foods like soups, pasta, rice, anything else hurts too much.
    Had to stop going gym for time being, as I don't want to loose even more weight.

      Although they say not to chew gum, I’ve found that sugar free gum is really helpful. If you consistently chew gum your teeth will get used to the braces allowing you to chew harder food more comfortably

    Bro idk about 2 pounds of muscle a week. That's a very unrealistic goal. It's a good goal to just gain 1 or 2 pounds in general weight per week though. Ide say unless you're geneticly gifted 2 or 3 pounds of lean muscle a month is very good.

    From my experience yes it makes you huge I went from having Covid going from 155lbs to 140lbs then I started taking mass gainer got up to 180 💪 I did feel like it was super hard to get my stomach shredded I at least had 3-5 lbs of fat in my stomach but everywhere else gets jacked up

    Some good training//1.25lbs of ground beef every day// and one serving of mass gainer every other day. (Muscle Tech 100% Mass Gainer)
    I’m not really into the mass gainer a with a bunch of added vitamins and minerals.

    I am see why you rated Mass Gainer by Transparent Labs for your # 1 pick. It has the best ingredients compared to your list and probably better than any other mass gainer on the market.
    On paper Signature Mass Gainer looks even better 810 cal, protein 67 grams, carbs 110 grams, fat 10 grams, sugar 8 grams but their carbohydrates are from cheap maltodextrin.

    It is different for everyone I am about to start going gym and give up weed and hard drugs. I am 6'7ft and am not skinny but not slim am in the middle and for me it says 6/7k calories per day and am like wtf howwww can you even eat that much per day

    Food is no1 guys I used to play football,I was 67 kilos skinny and then I was working out 2 times a day eating 4 times a day 2 3 steaks a day or 3 chickens breast always with potatoes or rice,7 eggs for breakfast cooked in olive oil with cheese,drinking 1 litre milk a day I gained 15 kilos in 2 months still was looking not that big,I had abs ,then after months I got super strong and big

      Good idea I'm gonna do the same myself. I'm getting Serious Mass in the mean time, but I found this mass gainer called "Naked Mass" if you get the unflavored one it's virtually no sugar, and has minimal ingredients in it.

    I just recently started taking a multivitamin (animal pak was recommended to me) and I was wondering if I should take that as well as the mass gainer I went with (optimum nutrition) or if that would be too much. I also 5g of creatine a day if that means anything.

      Animal pak 1 a day is great not need to take 2. Yes take animal with a gainer BUT work out different muscles every 2 days and EAT. You should get i.g.

      I know your question is 4 months old, but I would avoid any mass gainer OR protein powder with whey concentrate (seems like most of these gainers use concentrate), since there's a good few grams of carbohydrates which happens to be mostly (I think) lactose. Whey isolate usually has almost all of it filtered out. Not all, but close, you're practially getting less than a gram of lactose per 1 or 2 scoops of whey isolate.
      And if that's still too challenging on your gut, you can try hydrolyzed whey, the most heavily filtered and processed form of whey. It's basically pre-digested for you. Even less lactose than isolates, and almost all people with allergies to the albumins in isolates or concentrates should have no issue.

      Get serious mass you will surely put on mass, and make sure you exercise well. If you start gaining weight and you want to tone it down switch to ordinary wey protein and you will lean up back. But serious mass is the way👍

    In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of food options we have.       It all depends on how active you are really. I wouldn’t recommend it as it may give you a bit of a belly.... depending on your metabolism unless you want to use that mass later on when/if you start training which would be a good start for training as you have that mass to shape and sculpt👍🏻

      Been there too , do full body workouts. Look into the 5x5 workout. Buy serious mass if you have trouble eating. I did and it helped me. Take fish oil pills , and ZMA by optimum nutrition.

      Bro, you are the opposite of me. I dont really need to eat much more than normally and I can so eazy weight. But you may think, "oh, he is so lucky". Dude, I am not 😂. I dont gain weight with out fat. And not just a bit but so much fat😂. And surprisingly I was skinny too. But thats like 3 years ago :)

      I stopped using since it gave me some stomachache but its not that bad stomachache. I think its cause of dairy idk tbh. Anyways its kind of a waste of money. The scoop is so big and you have to take more than one scoop to achieve 1000+ cals. I prefer normal whey protein and eating the cals from real food.
