    Karbolyn is my favorite and i take it pre and intra workout. Have the most amazing lifts and the days i don’t take it there’s a noticeable difference so i do it everyday now for sure

    I eat bananas as a pre workout and then I do the vitargo post workout and then I do the breakfast, lunch and dinner. about 80% carbs throughout the workout day
