You brothers bring out points that I never thought of previously, good job. The disciples didn't even believe Jesus was risen so how could they be assembled for worship on Sunday in John 20:19! They were full of fear Luke 23:55-56 "And the women who had come with Him from Galilee followed after, and they observed the tomb and how His body was laid. Then they returned and prepared spices and fragrant oils. And they rested on the Sabbath according to the commandment."
The Gospel of Luke was likely written between 60 and 80 CE, but some scholars suggest it could have been written as late as 90-110 CE. And when it was written 25+ years into the new covenant era...it was still called a COMMANDMENT and not a former commandment or SHADOW!!!
Seems that Sunday-keepers have no problem knowing what day is Sunday, but many of them say "we don't know what day is the 7th day now". . 20:24 Wow my mind is blown. Not really. Literally Paul is the same one that talks about some people keeping certain days and eating certain foods, and to basically meet them at their level and don’t be a hindrance to them. So again if he’s preaching to Jews, he’ll meet them on their day.
The timing of Sunday to Saturday is not the same as the 1st to 7th day in the bible because the Roman Calendar is different from the biblical Calendar. The Biblical calendar is dependent on the new moon but the Roman Calendar is dependent on the clock . If both Calendars were the same Easter would have a fixed date and we would be able to trace the death of Yeshua to a Gregorian Friday. So if Saturday is the real 7th day it would have a foundation that is traceable. The Roman week of Sunday to Saturday is changeable so Saturday is not the biblical 7th day of the week.
The Jews have kept the Sabbath holy since before Christ reached earth weekly. Right now, the Jews worship on the 7th day which is the Sabbath thus I'll do the same since throughout history, that is the day they've kept holy. Praise God for his sure word

You did not correctly understand Acts 20:7.. The word day is italicized it is not in the original text. They therefore met on the "first of Sabbaths (weeks) You said it was Saturday Night.. It was Friday night because it was Sabbath. It is identifying which Sabbath it is. All Hebtews know what Day, the "first of Sabbaths is.. It is the counting of Sabbaths after Passover. Read Leviticus 23 and se that there is a "feast of weeks" This was the first of 7 Sabbaths to determine when Shavout ( Pentecost) will occur on their calendar

Deut. 5:14-15 is purposefully misread here, but it's a poor argument when we consider that the people of Israel were being reminded of where they came from, namely they were slaves in bondage for 430 years. Naturally they were to remember that as the Sabbath commandment tells all people to be given rest, likewise they are not to treat others, or even animals like the Egyptians treated them when Pharaoh stated they do not deserve to rest (Ex 5:5). All people and animals deserve rest on the seventh day. However your argument is that of Pharaoh's that no one deserves rest except the literal nation of Israel.

The timing of Sunday to Saturday is not the same as the 1st to 7th day in the bible because the Roman Calendar is different from the biblical Calendar. The Biblical calendar is dependent on the new moon but the Roman Calendar is dependent on the clock . If both Calendars were the same Easter would have a fixed date and we would be able to trace the death of Yeshua to a Gregorian Friday. So if Saturday is the real 7th day it would have a foundation that is traceable. The Roman week of Sunday to Saturday is changeable so Saturday is not the biblical 7th day of the week.
The Jews have kept the Sabbath holy since before Christ reached earth weekly. Right now, the Jews worship on the 7th day which is the Sabbath thus I'll do the same since throughout history, that is the day they've kept holy. Praise God for his sure word

You did not correctly understand Acts 20:7.. The word day is italicized it is not in the original text. They therefore met on the "first of Sabbaths (weeks) You said it was Saturday Night.. It was Friday night because it was Sabbath. It is identifying which Sabbath it is. All Hebtews know what Day, the "first of Sabbaths is.. It is the counting of Sabbaths after Passover. Read Leviticus 23 and se that there is a "feast of weeks" This was the first of 7 Sabbaths to determine when Shavout ( Pentecost) will occur on their calendar
