      Once you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule and assuming you did it correctly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: ruclips.net/video/XonMtLFo000/видео.html but make sure you tick off the checklist here first: ruclips.net/video/BAhMrmw3Sms/видео.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? Great advice , Dam I’ve done all those stupid things in the last 10 weeks of break ups , until last week I rang and said I need to stop coming through , it’s hard going no contact but it’s for the best

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +5

      Yes, your best bet is still to cut off contact completely for around a month or even more in order to clear your heads. You'd increase your chances of getting your ex back if you've got your sh*t together than if you were doing the opposite of the no contact rule which is begging/pleading or negotiating/trying to woo your ex again. Well, there are a few rare who take their exes back if you beg/plead but it hardly ever lasts since these people are taking their exes back out of pity. So my point is, don't let your ex take you back out of pity, all right? The best way to avoid that is to work on yourself and get your life together by having fun, hobbies, etc. and to stop chasing your ex. I've made numerous videos about the "no contact" rule and why it's important. Check those out. Also watch the stories here and try not to be a statistic: ruclips.net/video/1U_IOm8ofFo/видео.html

    I was just dumped after 3 years of being together after moving to the UK for my ex, it’s been hard but I will definitely be applying all of these tactics because I truly love her and believe somewhere that she still cares . I’m going to just have o contact for 30 days and if we bump into each other at college I’ll just give a little “hi” and be on my way. Thank you for these tips 😊

    Brad, I made a bunch of mistakes in the first two weeks after my breakup. I apologized a lot, asked why, and I allowed her to continue the flow of conversation until we got to the point in which we don’t talk. I’m in the no contact phase, but I’m wondering is this a lost cause now?

    Broke up with my girlfriend for about 2 years. Begged and plead. She's in a relationship now. Now were living more than a thousand miles from each other. And I am not doing any drama regarding the break up. I guess I've moved on. But I do miss her sometimes. Do you think that she can probably miss me too ?

    Hey Brad. My gf broke up with me last week and she made contact with me Tuesday this week. She asked how I was and we had a quick conversation. She said night and I replied with goodnight, it was nice talking to you. She aired the message in the morning. The convo was positive.

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад

      That's what I call the "check-in" text and your ex is somewhat expected to send one or more of these sooner or later and here's how to handle each text. Discussed that in one of the vids, including how to handle that kind of message, here: ruclips.net/video/VMAHVJ6tvSM/видео.html

    Not an ex but an acquaintance that rejected me. Only hung out 3-5 times over 3 years ago, got rejected & haven't seen her since. 2 months ago, she contacted me saying she was sorry and she wanted 'closure' (pfft) Just did small talk of only 1 text and her replying. Thats it. This video seems helpful.

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад

      Watch this first: ruclips.net/video/jikW4YYC9yo/видео.html So it's it's best you go by the golden rules here as much as possible: ruclips.net/video/1kJ1ybuFIHE/видео.html Now I can't assess the damage per se, assuming you've only begged for a short while as opposed to months on end, and it may or may not be too late, but it’s definitely time to move forward from whatever mistakes you've made and not repeat those! Don’t be so hard on yourself, though, since this is a fairly common issue and most people are guilty of this at some point. If you'd really want to gauge your chances of getting back together (it may not be all doom and gloom after all) I suggest you take the free quiz on my website and answer as honestly as possible, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Good luck!

      You're on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Be sure to check out my other videos for more tips on how to go about this, especially this: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Here's a short infograph to guide you in each process: ruclips.net/video/7JtmVbDkblw/видео.html Look out for the signs that your ex has moved on, though: y2u.be/TnZzeEIPEik But evaluate things, too. Are you sure you're not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to ensure that you’re on the right track. The 30-day "no contact" rule can work for you in the following ways: ruclips.net/video/zw0ChuXCEmw/видео.html Your ex is diverting his/her attention to someone else, which is the easiest thing to do and is really just his/her way of coping. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. Discussed that here: ruclips.net/video/7KE6nb4-ndA/видео.html So that's what you ought to be doing too. Here, watch this: ruclips.net/video/gUBNd6pDINM/видео.html so try to put your focus elsewhere because your ex is likely rebounding and you're only wasting precious minutes of your life worrying about something that's out of your control. Watch this: ruclips.net/video/TBtb34gy6zw/видео.html Now lastly, keep in mind that your ex is suffering too, even though they try to cover it up. Discussed that here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA

    I broke up with my girlfriend because she was desperate for me to collect money for marriage, I was on a tuff spot to do that since my salary is small, we've been together for 3 years . And she was controling me for the past 3 years I just follow her words attitude, because I love her. But the time came where I can never put up with that. And frustrated when she ask about the money, she was a college student. And now after the brake up months after I'm still sad and feel regret.. I don't know what to do, she was toxic to me she didn't respect me anymore. But I still love her. So many memories it's hard to move on.

In situations like this, I always suggest for folks to really take a step back, gain the clarity you need (that she was abusive to you and may only want your money) and then accept it for what it is. Being stuck happens when you have this idealized version of how your ex really is and how she has treated you versus who she really is and what the relationship was about. Yes, it takes time to do all that, I've had clients who has suffered for 5, 10, even 14 years in an abusive relationship, but with time, you'll get there. Right now your mind is having trouble accepting because of the great memories you two shared and it's trying to make sense with how she was with you towards the end of the relationship, when her mask came off and she showed you who she really is. I broke up with my Ex four years ago. But in the first two years i gave him all the signals that i wanted us to get back together but he kept passing them all and didn't reciprocate my efforts so i gave up. I've been like waiting for him to act but nothing until lately when I found out he might be seeing someone and i feel very horrible and sad about it. All the pain just hit me back again.

    How on earth would no contact help to get someone back? I did that unconciously with my ex, way before I've even heard about any "winning your ex back techniques". I was just mad at her and didn't want to contact her, but after about a month I started to miss her, so I wrote to her and we started talking. Turned out she already had a new guy. I now think she ended up with him exactly because I didn't contact her and she felt very sad and lonely, so she was susceptible to romance and feelings from other guys. She was hot so there were always some guys hitting on her, that made it easy for her to get comfort after break up. And no, she didn't left because she already had a new guy, we broke up after a big argument, and we were both mad at each other.

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад

      How long were you in a relationship with her? It doesn't look like there were deep emotions there if she can do that easily... or she may be rebounding, depending on what your real issues were in the relationship aside from the constant fights especially if you constantly ghost her for long periods of time after the fights. And no, she may not have dumped you for someone else, but 9 times out of 10, she already has stacked up a bunch of suitors for her to go to as soon as you two break up. It's her escape plan.

    • @niktniewiem4785
      @niktniewiem4785 3 года назад

      @@BradBrowning 7 years man. We've been through so much shit, obstacles, fights yet we stayed together, that was a love like in movies but that's a story for another time, so don't say there were no emothions, while I stated why she found someone so quickly, and the reasons are exactly because she had so much emotions in her that she had to release them in a way she in that time thought would help her. Idk why you speak about "constant ghosting", I've never said that, even after big fights we couldn't stand not to contact each other for more than an hour. We didn't even have almost any fights in about a year before breakup. It's not that I'm making it up, we've been talking with eachother after the breakup, and I know her so well that I can tell what she said about what she did exactly fits her personality. She was mad, lonely, lost, sad, and she hates to be single, like she fears it, that is weird but we talked about it in the past, so I think it is one of the main reasons she found someone so quickly, and those are the reasons we are not together anymore. Idk if she is different than others in those areas but I don't think so. It is psychology, and when you are a pissed off hot girl with a lot of options you will not wait untill HE graciously talks to you and allow you to be together again. Mad sad and lonely state makes girls want to fall in someones arms, so if you wait untill she falls into someone elses... well I don't think that's a good strategy.

      If you do have to make some changes, then do it for yourself and never for anyone else, okay? See, making changes for the sake of someone is considered seeking validation, and that's an unattractive trait in and of itself… so it naturally won't do anything to rebuild the attraction necessary to get your ex back in the long run. On the other hand, if these are changes that you know within yourself that you need to make, then it's important to take time so be sure you aren’t rushing it because permanent, lasting changes don't happen overnight and your ex can actually see through it. Does that make sense? With that in mind, watch this vid to subtly show these changes to your ex: ruclips.net/video/bZ1KetALZrc/видео.html

It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html Good luck!

      The 30-day "no contact" rule can work for you in the following ways: ruclips.net/video/zw0ChuXCEmw/видео.html Your ex is diverting his attention to someone else, which is the easiest thing to do and is really just his way of coping.

    Would it work if your ex broke up with you because they were not willing to convert to your religion to marry you? I accept him how he is but it's just a formality thing he would need to do. He even refuses to even look into it to see if it could work with him, he didn't have this attitude before and it makes me think it's just because he fell out of love :(

    We have been for 6 months unofficially together. He just have problems to fall in love with any girl (include me). He really did care for me. He tried so much to fall in love with me. But then it was very emotionally breakup (we wished all good in our lifes for future apart) I am in 2 week NC. Will no contact help to get him back in this situation? I am desperate. Yes, make him realize what he has lost. Your ex is most likely lying about the reason of the breakup so try not to fall for that. Discussed that here: ruclips.net/video/ZuHWCWeG1xs/видео.html However, the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. Watch what I’ve explained here and watch the entire length of the video to gain full understanding, as well as know what to do: y2u.be/E9wG_ErBQoI It’s important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working things out, eventually. This is what my guide is for but you can also learn the basic principles of my 3R system here and watch the vid til' the end so you don't end up missing the important points: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html and the golden rules here: ruclips.net/video/1kJ1ybuFIHE/видео.html

    I don’t know why he broke up with me, but one of my guy friends sent me a video that was inappropriate on RUclips saying “this is awful” so he wasn’t sending it to me cause he liked me, he sent it to tell me why would someone post stuff like that, and I sent a screen recording to my bf to show him the gross video someone posted, and he acted dry about it and I realized I didn’t have even context in the screen recording. He might’ve thought my guy friend liked me, and taken it the wrong way. He said “it’s cuz he wants you” and then stopped texting. About a hour later he broke up with me. I’m not sure if that’s why he broke up with me, but now he just wants to be friends and I think he’s moving on to another girl. I rlly want him to be happy, and I’m sorry if I sound desperate, but all I do is wanna fight for us. I am truly in love with him. And I don’t wanna lose him. I can’t be his friend because if he moves on, I can’t be happy for him because I like him, how do I fix this and get him back. Is it too late or not?

    @Brad Browning does any of the tips work for long distance

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

      This depends. A long distance is not easy to maintain, especially if you two had a weak foundation where you don't get to spend time with each other much in person. Not to state the obvious, but the distance is often the main culprit. Watch/review and apply the pointers here first: ruclips.net/video/GQY4N04uvtA/видео.html and/or ruclips.net/video/5nfWRJRrnAs/видео.html However, if you believe your situation is unique and there may still be a chance between you two, then let's take a look at your situation in-depth via my one-on-one coaching session at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

      Hi there! Getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? This vid contains an infograph that might be of help to you: ruclips.net/video/7JtmVbDkblw/видео.html but watch this too as this contains equally important information: ruclips.net/video/BLTA4yjTc2I/видео.html The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. If you have, then I'm glad you've completed it. There are two more phases to go with a few other steps in between (in the right order). What I'm trying to say here is it's a 3-phase process, and it's a bit complicated to explain it all on here, but I made an overview in the hopes of making people understand, so watch it here: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html or read my guide for the entire process. • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  Год назад +1

      You're doing it for you and not for anyone else. As to being blocked, I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: ruclips.net/video/5UT92IB5ugs/видео.html Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : ruclips.net/video/D1GpR5MApQk/видео.html Good luck!

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад

      The 30-day "no contact" rule can work for you in the following ways: ruclips.net/video/zw0ChuXCEmw/видео.html Your ex is diverting his attention to someone else, which is the easiest thing to do and is really just his/her way of coping.

      Maybe stop trying to look at your ex's profile/messages/snaps, posts,etc.? A key component is to avoid small talk as much as possible, especially during the most critical stage: 30-day "no contact" rule because there's a huge chance your ex may be slowly easing herself away from you. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. Discussed that here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA The thing with exes, especially the one whose idea is to break the relationship, is they also struggle with the breakup and finding all means to cope...including talking to someone they're used to talking to, a.k.a you. What that leaves you, however, is unknowingly becoming their emotional sponge. So if you want this ex back, you ought to let her feel what it's like not to have you in her life first, so employ the 30-day "no contact" rule, okay? Here's how it can help you: ruclips.net/video/zw0ChuXCEmw/видео.html An exception is if your ex is trying to contact you about something really important or is sincerely asking you to get back together. Understand that you risk too much by staying in touch and you best not respond unless it’s about something important. Watch this, too: ruclips.net/video/gUBNd6pDINM/видео.html

      @BradBrowning  3 года назад

      I feel your pain. It's always awfully painful when the breakup is still fresh. Take time to heal though and love yourself first, all right? Just try to make sure you maximize what you can within this 30-day period such as healing yourself, enjoying your own company, as well as spending time to see where it all went wrong, but only when you start to feel better, so be sure to take time to grieve first and feel the loss and cry all you want but then make an effort to pick yourself up first. Remember, you can't pick someone up (to be back in a relationship with you) if you're also feeling down yourself. Now is the time for self love. So give yourself the time and attention you need to heal first, all right? Make sure you watch my other vids too for more tips on what to do next. Good luck!

    Hey Brad so i think i’ve figured out how my relationship ended with my girl. First of all we were together for about 7 months. One night we where face timing and i got a little upset with her about something (nothing major) i ended up yelling at her, but i didn’t raise my voice. In general she is very emotional and sensitive, she hung up and started crying her eyes out. A couple minutes later i felt really bad and she ended up calling me back and i apologized and she said she forgave me... so i thought everything was okay. About a week later something wasn’t right... she wasn’t texting me she was only replying to my texts and didn’t want to facetime as much as we used to. This went on for about 3 to 4 weeks. I just thought it was because we haven’t seen each other in a couple months due to the pandemic. I ended up confronting her about it and asked what’s going on. She told me she was feeling distant ever since i got upset with her that one night. About a week later she told me that it would be best if we broke up, she was very emotional about it and said that she still loved me and she hopes things work out in the future. it’s been about a mouth in a half since the break up. I’ve texted her a lot at the beginning. Then i came across your youtube vids and i started following your advice. I haven’t contacted her for a couple weeks now, i’ve been posting on my social media of me having fun and enjoying my life, i’ve told her the break up was good for the both of us, and i haven’t showed her my emotions.
    Now... i still love her and i want her back more than anything because i honestly feel like she’s the one and we broke up for a silly reason or something. It feels like i’m the reason we broke up and i hate myself so much for it.
    What do you think my chances of winning her back are? Thanks

      I suggest you heed my advice from this vid, first and foremost: ruclips.net/video/jikW4YYC9yo/видео.html but also make sure you aren't being defensive or deflecting the blame because that's as annoying as ever. It may help to apply the tips here first: ruclips.net/video/qnE192fUKxI/видео.html
      Be patient and let things play out first. Let time do its job since it's your biggest ally at this point. Good luck!

      It's a different set of rules if you live together. If you still live with your ex, then do limited contact with your ex where you only discuss the essentials. Apply the tips here, too to help you out further: y2u.be/STL7ru4uSQk AND y2u.be/GTjEAGJWTuA I know it's hard, but lots of folks have managed to follow the tips and succeeded. So if they can do it, then so can you! Good luck and be strong!
