Just because your ex is doing one of these things doesn't always mean they want you back. But if you notice they’re displaying more than one of these signs or doing these things repeatedly, then there’s a good chance that they do want you back… or there’s an opening at the very least. Some of these games are very common and happen in almost all breakups and some are more rare. Number six is one that people don’t often talk about but it happens to plenty of my coaching clients and it’s really cruel.

Boy, im struggling after giving ex my everything to end with nothing. And we gotten back together few times and been practily the side chic once in a blue moon. And thats between different one 3 days a week and in a relationship he left me for again again and again. Boy i feel our souls hasnt let go dipply. Boy then this time has been the meant things he does to trear me down to were i just cant stop thinking even after a couple years of no contact as he thin was with another he left me for. My ex has breadcrumbed me for 16 months. She’d been seeing someone straight after we ended. She said it’s no longer happening as she’s still in love with me. We went on 2 dates then boom…she disappeared again. I told her I deserve more and better so I have went back into no contact. We’d been together for 10 years. God I miss her but I can’t keep playing these games. I’ll miss and love her from afar but now is the time to move on.
Sorry to hear, sounds like a tough situation… 10 years is a long time so moving on won’t be easy, but it’s good that you are taking that attitude and starting to focus on getting over your ex and finding someone new. You never know how things might pan out, your ex may come back to you again soon, but if you stick to No Contact for now and work on moving on you will keep the door open to your ex coming back while also preparing for the possibility it is truly over. Stand strong and just remember woman chase after someone who is happy without them and start to do things that make yourself and your life better. If she's meant for you she would reschedule out and stay. Don't play the games.

Well they pushed me away, and I accepted it. Started posting myself out and on dates and now I’m blocked.
That's part of the process as your ex is trying to heal as well. So in the long run, I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex (going out on dates is not counted since you're single now), there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. Back then I used to think that, too. But as I became a relationship coach with a degree in Psychology, there's more deeper motivations as to why people play games. It's still up to you though whether your ex or the relationship is worth it because some people can be downright abusive, too. It depends on your situation so use discernment.

I was across the country for most of the time and we only just started having an in person thing once a month when I'd visit but yep this was a situationship with a friend I'd known for 15 years. That's another way of looking at it. Sometimes two people are just way too different to ever make it out for life while others could do with the right amount of compromise, understanding and love. So it depends.
1. Friendship- friends, family and community pressure you to leave on good terms and help the ex distance themselves from you. It is a life lesson to learn not communicate with them anymore. Friendship was for me out of guilt for breaking up with them and not wanting to hurt them. Now, I understand just move on.
5. Their stuff. (trying to get their stuff back from you or your stuff from them). They deserve to get their stuff back and vice versa, do it in one go (i did and it worked well).

Giving back a gift isn't a game. It's a rewinding and casting off/release of memories of "better times" after so much emotional cruelty that was never apologized for.
Yes, it can be symbolic for that. However, be careful because for some if not most people, giving back gifts can be a sign of disrespect and may only cause more anger and it's drama you don't need right now.

What was the message about? Reply only if the message warrants a response. Depending on what really cut the relationship short, it may be time to consider moving on from this. But don't rush. I think you did right. You said she had been treating you bad. If she really were not ready, she would've done it in polite manner. She did not care about you.
You ought to be on talking terms to fix things... Friends or more appropriately, talking terms for now (if your ex isn't already in another relationship), but don't let that derail you, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Healing takes time but yes, if you've moved on and don't see yourself with him anymore, then you can save both yourselves further heartbreak by declining his further attempts to reconcile. It would be either drug use or cheating. But I'm not sure that's the case, as new developments have come to light. Her mental state is on edge, and pushed everyone away to do this by herself. I experienced all those points from the video except for the exchange of gifts because I never met her irl. It's a LDR with her where both of us never expressed our feelings or proposed to each other. But the thing is I failed her shit tests and then chased her for no reason and she lost respect for me. We were at long distance relationship and 3 weeks after the break up, he asked if I'm seeing anyone. A trip can be really costly. How is he struggling financially? Also how are your finances and can you support your own to travel to where he lives? Try to heal and consider moving on from this. You'll know if he's serious with your plans once you give him space and have time to miss you.

He is trying to collect some money to do such things and I totally understand I'm not in the plan right now. I understand that he has to make his life better first. It may not be a cheating issue but obviously it was huge enough to cause her to break up with you. Im not sure if this guy is getting it down right. But lets stay away from toxic people. But some people dp need to learn lessons. I think being around themhelps them see that when you offer your time. But really i just want to have fun man and it was fun to have her around. He moved again out of the country and recently reached out and we’ve been chatting for 6 months, long distance. He told me I’m the only one he keeps wanting to come back to, that he keeps thinking about me and can see us building a life, but then he seems to pull away. I think I’m anxious attachment and he’s avoidant, so me wanting to talk about how we move forward with the long distance made him feel “exhausted” (his words). I think we could have just talked about it and set some boundaries and expectations. It’s more natural for him to just pull away.
